A good home appliance store. There are promotions with discounts. The prices are about the same as in similar stores. More points are awarded through their app. You can buy something later for the balls. The staff is good
The store is located in the city center, which is good! There are a lot of types of goods and sellers will tell you everything, explain even deliver the goods to your car. The service is at the highest level.
Everything is very cool, a large selection of goods, the staff is very polite, everything is at an excellent level and in general we will go with the family again👍👍
I bought a Samsung c 24 defective cell phone in installments, the horror of the refund was not made, I am disappointed in the dream store, I can no longer go there to sell the goods
The range of products is so-so.
Intrusive competitors offer help at the entrance, but when they are really needed, they are not there.
The prices of the goods are acceptable.
Everything is fine good service a large selection you can take any product on credit delivery throughout the city everything is fine with the installation
The sellers who work there are very polite, unobtrusive. The product is expensive, but the choice is large. I bought there several times, I liked everything.
Very pleasant atmosphere, lighting. The placement of the goods is convenient, everything is where it should be. There is a bonus system, a large selection.
Good service , a wide range of equipment .They meet you from the doorstep and explain everything to the end, plus a bonus when buying .We bought a phone for my wife after 2 weeks, we bought an iron for bonuses)
It's a cool store, the consultants know their job more or less, they're kind and smiling, well, some of them are dying, but this is basically a normal store
Trading house of household appliances and accessories. The service is not bad, but nothing unusual. I've never bought anything here, the prices are average and above average.
We bought a Lenovo laptop in May, succumbed, of course, to low prices - we blame ourselves for this. They didn't use it for more than two weeks. Next, the problems started. We reinstalled the system, but this was also not enough for more than a week. As a result, they took it back to the store. They told us that "the laptop is weak, and the fact that the system may crash is normal, it happens." This surprised us, if someone had warned us about this when buying, we would have thought about it, but no one did, because consultants cannot be caught; they run from client to client, they cannot properly talk about the product, about the pros or cons.
After that, we were sent to the service center. The service center refused to accept us until we provided a warranty card. But as it turned out, the Dream does not give a warranty card, they referred to the fact that they have everything they need indicated on the receipt. I still had to go back to the store and ask for a warranty card, after a couple of calls to the same service center, they finally issued it. The service center has been fiddling with the laptop for a whole month. As it turned out, they ordered the right spare part. After the question: what was wrong with the laptop? They answered - a factory defect. But under warranty, they still replaced the hard drive, which they waited for a whole month. I don't know how well everything will work, but the service center warned that under warranty it is still possible to contact them.
Bottom line: the dream store is a terrible store, where either non-professionals or irresponsible employees work. The technique is terrible, and it's hard to believe that our purchase is an isolated case.
The store is small, the range of products is naturally not large, but everything is located on two floors, so it's fine.
The service is pumping up: consultants go about their business, chat among themselves, unsmiling. Until you kick, they won't fit. Well, everything is as usual in the harsh post-Soviet service.))
One of the branches of the Dream store. The assortment is the same as in all other stores, But there is one feature of such stores in small towns. There are few people there and the sellers are very quiet. You come in and look at the product. And the seller or consultant , as they say .He also looks at it in modern language. But alas, not at you, but at your gadget... Alas, the costs of progress
In the evening, I booked the goods at the office.on the store's website, the next day, despite the temperature of -33, I went across the city to the store to pick up the decorated goods.
Bottom line: in the store, I was chased from the manager to the seller and back, I never picked up the product, because it simply does not exist. The question arises, what kind of "people" work there if they don't have the sense to indicate the absence of goods.
Angry, disappointed and very upset. I don't even recommend going there!
