Типичный для своего рода магазин. Разнообразие товаров отсутствует, так как в том же сулпаке или технодом такие же товары. Иногда бывают хорошие акции и скидки, плюс ещё система бонусов которыми можно оплатить 99% покупки. Так же можно стать тайным покупателем в этом магазине и получить 5000 бонусных баллов. При заказе товара через Каспий магазин получил бонус от Каспий магазина и бонус в личном кабинете мечты, итого примерно 10% от покупки вернулось. Не во всех магазинах так.

Ужасные консультанты. Лишь пихнуть товар. Хотела приобрести телефон, сказали есть в наличии, попросили оплатить, оплатили, подходим с чеком к консультанту, а он говорит, что к сожалению товар не у них оказывается, а в Мечте на Уалиханова т.е в Мечте на Центральном рынке. Почему из-за ошибки продавца, должны страдать покупатели? Разве товар не проверяют сразу по компьютеру есть ли он в наличии именно у них. Ещё говорит, но вы можете съездить и забрать оттуда. Зачем мне ехать, если я пришла купить его в наличии сразу. Т.е я должна была по всему городу за свой счёт ехать туда и забирать. Конечно же пришлось возврат средств делать. Так не делается. Учите своих консультантов, проводите тестирование не знаю. Не умеют работать с покупателями.

Много поцарапанных, сломанных и с дефектами техники/другие категории вещей. Но конечно они и дешевле.. Также есть одна кассирша, которая уж слишком неровная.. Меня это оттолкнуло, когда покупали технику там.
