the first part of the mosque, which was built on two separate dates, is called the “inside mosque” and the part built after that is called the “outside mosque”.
The part called the mosque inside and forming the southern part of the building was built in 1193 (1779) by Çapanoğlu Mustafa Bey, the governor of the sanjak of Bozok, according to the inner inscription on the middle door of the mosque. The place added to this section from the north and called “out mosque” was built by Mustafa Bey's brother Süleyman Bey in 1208 (1793-94), as can be seen from the inscription on the door to the entrance portico today.

Внутренняя часть, называемая мечетью и составляющая южную часть здания, была построена в 1193 (1779) году Чапаноглу Мустафа беем, губернатором санджака Бозок, согласно внутренней надписи над центральными воротами харимина. Пристроенная к этой части с севера и называемая “внешняя мечеть”, она была построена братом Мустафы бея Сулейманом беем в 1208 году (1793-94), как видно из надписи на воротах, ведущих к нынешнему входному портику.
