Beautiful and majestic. However, the color backlight slightly spoils the perception. The square in front of the mosque adds convenience to the perception. Inside according to the schedule. We need to Google the schedule. According to the schedule, a free tour is available, on some days in Russian, on some days in English and daily in Arabic.
The most beautiful building in the city, against the background of the rather modest life of the townspeople, is generally gorgeous.
It is located in the very center next to the Marina and the fish market
It is a very beautiful place, both in the afternoon and in the evening. The mosque is open to the public for people of any faith.
There are a lot of shops and cafes near the mosque.
The Al-Mina Mosque in Hurghada is one of the most famous sacred buildings in the city. It was opened in 2012.
The mosque was built on the seashore on an area of 4,000 square meters. It is decorated with two high minarets and 25 domes. The walls inside are decorated with Oriental script and Islamic ornaments.
There is an Islamic center on the territory of the mosque, which receives foreign tourists interested in the history of Islam. Lectures are held for everyone in the spacious hall. The center has a library where religious books in different languages are kept.
The Al-Mina Mosque is one of the largest religious buildings in the province. It has become a significant tourist attraction in Hurghada.
Visiting rules: men can only enter in trousers, women need to cover their shoulders, knees and head, shoes must be left in front of the entrance. You can get inside the mosque only if there is no prayer at the moment. Come and see for yourself! Before entering, the guide will tell you everything either on the street in front of the entrance or inside the mosque before the inspection.
While walking around Hurghada, be sure to take a look at this landmark. But I warn you right away, there are an incredible number of beggars around the mosque. And the proximity of the fish market is like the icing on the cake. Therefore, the smell there is not at all conducive to a long stay, especially in the heat.
The mosque is of stunning beauty and grandeur. It looks incredible in the evening light. It is one of the main attractions of Hurghada. In the evening we took a walk and finished our walk at this majestic mosque. Very beautiful. Everyone who came here should definitely see it
A beautiful mosque. Chic and beauty. It's very beautiful inside. You can walk along the Marina embankment and at the end of the embankment you can just go out to the mosque itself. The only thing is that on the side where the port is clearly not a place for tourists, children are sitting near the entrance begging, but on the other side, from which tourists are usually brought, everything is beautiful and chic. But in any case, no matter which side you go from, it's worth seeing the mosque, it's really impressive and it lights up very beautifully in the evening.
The mosque inside is quite mediocre. Women rent the appropriate head-to-toe covering at the same store for one dollar, otherwise it is impossible. You can take photos, everything is very loyal. Everyone must take off their shoes at the entrance. Go and see your companion in a new guise at the same time.

The mosque in Hurghada was there in February 2025. It is a very busy place because there is a highway nearby, and many tourists come to the center, but mostly they come to the Marina fish Market.
The size is impressive, the architecture is amazing, the beauty is impressive 😍

Interesting interior. I didn't get inside - there was a service going on (the timing wasn't good), my husband came in and said it was quite decent)
But, of course, it couldn't compare to Blue and Sofia..
In my opinion, this is the main attraction in Hurghada. I did not go inside because of inappropriate clothes (I had only shorts and a T-shirt with me). Externally, the building looks beautiful, but the surroundings are terrifying: dirt, slop, homeless people...
