1. The production period was delayed by more than 2 times the time specified in the contract. No one called and warned that there were problems at the factory and the order would not be completed on time. I had to contact the manager who made the order, but instead of answering on time, we received a number that we need to call and find out further.
2. No one mentioned the penalty for violation of deadlines, but it is also prescribed in the contract.
3. As a result, we received the window sill, but it was not packed in any way at all. During his unloading from the courier's car, a girl from this company just called saying that they were in such a hurry to send it faster that they forgot to pack it.
And as a result of all this, prolonged repairs and a window sill that has minor, but damaged and dirty spots.
