2. The product is shorter in length and width by 4 cm. (!) despite the fact that it has been repeatedly clarified that the dimensions are needed for a sleeping place.
3. Not only was the delivery not addressed and we had to look for how to pick it up ourselves, but we also had to pay for delivery from their factory to the point of sending New mail.
4. On the day of receipt, the managers froze and no one picked up the phone to deal with the situation.
5. In fact, in the evening, after another attempt to get through, it was possible to get in touch with them, after which Alexander Kolobov offered as a compromise to return the difference to the card for delivery from the point to the new post office.
I put not 1 but 2 points, due to the fact that the second factory bed is still normal.
In general, we are extremely dissatisfied! Be careful! take screenshots and record conversations, because they don't admit their mistakes. I hope you will improve over time and start quality management and order support.
