I'll describe it simply: There are a lot of "Buts" for managers, don't get your hopes up! You choose for yourself, you write out, you take it to the warehouse, you return, again to the manager, then you pay, again to the warehouse. Also, all these manipulations with the headset. The cycle is complete! There's a bunch of employees sitting around, and you're running around with paperwork. With a floor cut, a chip, a manager, a cut, a manager, a cash register, a cut. It is not thought out from the word "absolutely", for the comfort of customers!! If you come, you don't see the interest of the company, at least a little advice on material quality. I do not advise people who need advice and help in choosing materials. When we arrived, we were standing in disarray. There are a lot of employees, but there is zero push!!

A good organization for those who deal with furniture. There is everything or almost everything. Cutting services, edge gluing, furniture fittings to choose from. Of the cons, there are three for me. 1st is a very inconvenient working time (well, it's like everyone else's) The delivery is own, but to be honest, the delivery is expensive in price. And there's a problem with parking.

People beware of this organization!
It was a trivial question.
GTW furniture handles were needed. I found these on the website of this organization.
But not only did GTW receive Chinese accessories for the same amount, but also several
handles turned out to be of a completely different shape.
I called several times and asked to resolve this issue.
But in response, I received that they say we will not order a box because of a pair of pens.
And in general: "I don't have time, I'm busy," Olga, the manager, replied to me.
The conclusion is that after receiving the money, they are no longer interested in you as a client.
It is a pity that because of such "figures" we have to waste time and money.

The choice of material is good. But managers and employees tend to cheat customers to the fullest. For an additional cut, it is calculated in dollars, the amount is rounded up, translated into Belarusian and rounded up again. They say we have such a program. The square footage of the cut is increased at its discretion, explaining what kind of urgency it is.

I read the reviews after I refused our cooperation, which had not begun. Although the dialogue on the messenger lasted almost a month. I didn't lose hope until the last moment. The first thing that shocked me, although I myself worked in the furniture business for quite a long time, was that the manager considered me an order for almost two weeks, it's true and I made changes, it's not about time. The fact is that all this time, prices were given to me in rubles of the Republic of Belarus, when everything was already decided and I clarified by adding up all the calculations of the manager, by the way, even then I was surprised that the total cost of the order was not given. And so I calculated it myself and wrote to the manager the total amount, asking what the amount is, to which they answered yes. Then when I asked to issue an invoice, for some reason they gave me an amount in dollars to pay. Everything is fine, but when I multiplied it by the exchange rate, I did not get the amount in rubles that was confirmed to me. To my objection, the answer was that my order was partially confused with my namesake, I don't want to say anything, okay. As a result, my order price increased by 160 rubles at first, I decided that it was too expensive, I already wanted to give up this idea, then somehow the price decreased a little and became + 100 rubles., more expensive, well, reluctantly, I agreed. Next, I ask you to send the contract for approval, I was told the contract is on the website. I downloaded the contract, started studying it, and then I realize that I already owe the Manufacturer. In the conditions, nothing is specifically said about the method of calculations, the conditions in the paragraphs are confusing, but the main thing is that almost everyone has a reference to legislation that does not regulate any of the really necessary points. I got completely confused, although I was a lawyer by education and personally drafted the contracts myself, enough to immediately understand that this agreement is about nothing. And most of all, I liked the paragraph where it says that only the contractor has the right to make all changes and additions and only unilaterally, without coordinating anything with the customer, that is, with me. I asked if it was possible to adjust the agreement together so that the essence of the agreement would be clear. To which I was told, when you come to the bank for money, someone asks you if you like the contract or not. After such an answer, I fell into a precipitate and decided that I was not here. That was the end of it. And now you can draw your own conclusions. Someone who has been working with them for a long time, IE, PE, etc., may somehow go smoothly, but a new client, a little careful, with his finances, may not be worth contacting. I will not advise you, everything that I wrote is the true truth, which I personally went through.
