A very large store and a large selection of cabinet and upholstered furniture. That's good, but the offer is:
You come, the girl writes your data on paper and sends a request to the factory about the furniture that interests you. Then, after her call, you have to come back and pay for her.
This is strange to say the least, although the supplier is declared as a partner of the BRW factory.
"I will give you a discount and reduce the cost to the price you were told in another store" sounds strange, although 10 minutes ago other amounts were named.
There are no freight carriers and pickers in the state.
I recommend that the management change the business processes, because I ordered furniture from another store, where they sign a contract and fix the price in it.
