Ok first of all, the settings of this restaurant are amazing and the ambience is very pleasant. The quality of the food is excellent.Now for required improvements. Staff training is a must. Customer service is not great. I don't wish to go into my personal experience with the staff but even the simplest rules of looking after customers are not followed here. This was my 3rd visit as I always wish to give a place a second chance. Unfortunately I will not return until I have heard that the customer service has improved. The place has serious potential for being the Best in Brest. Any restaurant can always get away with serving a bad meal now and again, if you have great customer service. If you don't have great customer service people will not notice the quality of the great food.
The place is very cozy and overall beautiful, nicely decorated for Christmas. The staff is polite. Unfortunately not all positions from the menu were avaliable (visited on Sunday evening).
Tartar is not bad, but not spiced enough, not enought pickles/capers on side or sauce. Also it served with a croissant, which in my opinion is not the best choice for tartar. The meat itself is really good tho.
Vitello tonnato is good, a sauce a little bit sicker than a classic one, again not enough pickles (for me), but still really good 👍
Steak mignon is good, the doneness level was exactly what I ordered. Very tasty.
Desserts are not worth attention really :)
