We were here the other day. I previously wrote an enthusiastic review in Yandex Maps, but now I will try to withdraw it. It was the favorite and most delicious place in Shymkent, but it was pumped up last time. We came and made an order. The girl at the checkout, who just spoke Russian with other customers, abruptly forgot it while communicating with us (nationalism? It is quite possible, I do not know what this attitude is related to). We were not warned about the long wait for the order, went for a walk for 15 minutes, then returned. Upon arrival, it was stated in pure Russian that we needed to wander for another 25 minutes somewhere - okay, we thought; and went for a walk. If you come back, wait another 25 minutes. Naturally, I did not like it, a refund request was made, as they did not warn me about such a long wait. The girl ran into the kitchen and 2 minutes later our burgers and doner were on our table. The doner was almost meat-free and with stale potatoes, and the burgers had an unfrozen, cold cutlet.
I don't know what happened to the place, but we won't come here anymore. Very sorry.
