A very tasty meat place.
The principle of operation: as you enter, the hostess takes guests to the chefs, where they are interested in “beef or lamb” (beef or lamb), as well as “bone or boneless" (on a bone or without).
Next, the cook takes out a piece of meat in foil from the oven behind his back, opens it, adds seasonings and salt to a small piece and gives you a taste. When you agree that this is what you need, (followed by a beautiful part that many shoot on video) the main piece of meat is theatrically cut into pieces, salted and seasoned with a mixture of spices.
The finished meat is weighed and you go to pay for it.
After payment, you are escorted to a table where a side dish is already waiting (rice, tomato and cucumber salad, large bowls with salsa and yogurt sauces) and an assortment of 8 different and fragrant small sauces (seen in the photo). If the side dish or sauces run out during the meal, you will be offered an additive.
My rating: interesting; delicious; expensive.
