It's unfortunate to hear that the girl in registration was rude and unhelpful in explaining where the therapists' room was. Patient care should include being treated with respect and kindness. It's important for staff to understand how to effectively communicate with patients and their families. I suggest reporting this behavior to someone in charge to address the issue.

Doctors in the hospital do not work according to their profile and cannot explain the patient's condition and do not show tests, and even more so they can not give appointments. Regional young doctors. Although I am half Uzbek and speak Uzbek. They do not know their duties and work. You ask a question about my condition and they freak out and swear. I wrote statements to the doctor, she covers them up, of course, and makes amends. Does an intensive care specialist and an anesthesiologist work as a doctor in the hospital from morning to evening?! Never do a gastroscopy and colonoscopy in an MDS service. They do it for 6 hours, they can't properly advise what to bring with them, although they asked in detail, everything is disorganized, the nurse who gives an injection to relax the abdominal muscles is walking somewhere, they waited 35 minutes, they don't take a biopsy for analysis, they don't leave at least an hour after the procedure to observe the patient who was under under anesthesia, they try to get rid of it faster. I use ambulance services. I had acute respiratory viral infections, then a complication on the bronchi. IVS are very helpful. It's a cool kind of help. I am from Moscow. I haven't seen anything like this in our country. Droppers are primarily used here. They quickly put you on your feet. Various doctors came, all literate and polite. Great!

My father was dragged out of the grave there. Thanks to the Doctors and the clinic. It's not cheap, but we agree with these prices. The money spent on treatment in this clinic has fully justified itself. Before that, they spent a week in the intensive care unit of EsguNiyat, it's much more expensive there, and they almost killed my father. So I will not recommend intensive care in EsguNiyat to anyone.

I signed up for an MRI scan half a day in advance.
I arrived at the specified time, I was informed that the queue had moved and I had to wait another 1-1.5 hours. The reception desk argued and swore at the customers about the queue. They do not notify you by phone about a possible delay or movement of schedules. The receptionist does not know how to work with clients, is constantly distracted and does not listen.
I don't know how it was before, but I definitely won't come here anymore and I don't recommend it to others

Отличная клиника! Отличный персонал! Отношение на уровне! Есть в отделении хирургии дежурная медсестра ЛУИЗА. Часто забегаем к ней на процедуры по назначению. Профессиональный медик и прекрасный человек. Помогает выздороветь и дарит настроение 😊. Спасибо Вам большое! В этот раз обратились в скорую неотложную помощь на месте, с сыном. Посмотрела доктор, простите, помню только имя НАТАЛЬЯ. Очень внимательно прослушала лёгкие, посмотрела горло. Всё показала, объяснила. Больные приходят в такие места с надеждой. Искренняя благодарность мед.персоналу клиники MDS!

As a result, they refused to provide first aid at a high temperature.

Осталась довольна посещением клиники. Клиника огромная, все специалисты. сейчас идет ремонт, но это не сказывается на пациентах. Отделение ренгенологии супер. Женщина в регистратуре с какими то суперспособностями. Жаль не знаю имени. Она достойна чтобы ее как то отметили

Ходила чисто ради УЗИ и своего врача.
Клиника существует давно. И пора бы уже руководству деньги не в карман пихать, а сделать ремонт. Зима была в этом году аномально холодная, в здании дубак. Девочки на ресепшене бедные мёрзнут. В кабинете УЗИ первый этаж холод. Стоял обогреватель, но особо не спасал. Из двери у кабинета УЗИ дует.
Потолочные плиты протекают и соответственно всё в поддтеках.
В общем жадность руководства заметна сразу. В карман деньги кладут, а на ремонт жаба душит.
Сотрудники тоже не довольны руководством, точнее жадностью.
И увольняются.
Жаль, в 2008-2009 году была классная клиника.

Клиника очень хорошая, ну уже некоторые аппараты устарели, ну у них цены дороже чем других клиник. Но может у них опить есть, можете говорить. Ну там есть и не опытная персонала и врачи. Ну мы своим ортопеду ходили, так как он там работают 3 день в неделю.

Ужасное место, кажется это место держится только на своих высоких ценах. Врач УЗИ (русская женщина) кажется вообще не разбирается в своей работе, нормально не отвечает на вопросы, описывает снимок как оказалось посредственно, написала что все в норме(хотя это не так) в регистратуре работают кажется доктора наук. Девочки молодые, а уже общаются с клиентами с высока. В общем, полное разочарование

МДС-это скорая помощь в экстренной ситуации,одни из первых,были есть и надеюсь будут.Высокая температура,рвота с диареей,мы сразу туда,прокапают,окажут первую помощь,а дальше уже можно получить диагностику и принять лечение,также удобно МРТ и МСКТ в любое время дня и ночи
