Cool detaling, did dry cleaning, chemical restoration of headlights and 3-phase car wash. The result exceeded all my expectations. Everything is very cool, the guys are really good, I have not met such dedicated people for a long time. I have been using this service for many years. The last year has been a horror. For the first time in my life, I left a complaint in the complaint book. And now in order:
1) I ordered the detailing of the under-hood space. They washed it. But along with the anticorrosion on the glasses. When I asked how, they said it wasn't antikor once it was cleaned. They offered to cover it with their antikor. They covered it, but they said not to touch it because it washes off easily. That is, they should not be washed off, others should not. I thought the manager's nose would grow from lying.
2) glued the entire front of the car into the film. Wings with defects, hood with defects. They said it was a joint, but they can't do anything.
3) Glued the rack separately after repainting. As a result, there is sand under the film, and scratches on the freshly painted part next to the film. They claimed that there were no scratches. To put it mildly, I was surprised. The scratches were polished in the end, but they couldn't get a grain of sand, they said if we redo it, we can remove it with paint.
In general, think about whether it's worth contacting such guys, I strongly do not recommend it. The quality of service has dropped significantly. I have given examples above.
The update! After the complaint book, they contacted me and offered to redo everything. On the spot, when I arrived, they said they wouldn't redo it. They offered free child care

I turned to the guys to restore the plastic of the interior after carelessly loading a large object. From the start, we have: several long scratches on the rack near the back seat and on the opposite card there are many small but deep scratches (the chips were removed all the way to the second layer of plastic)
First, we discussed the issue with the consultant, who requested additional photos and announced the approximate price, and explained why. During the inspection, we found a way to reduce the cost of repairs a little, which was incredibly pleasant. After the work is completed: an updated map on which you can view the repair site only if you know exactly where and what happened (and then not immediately), as if there had never been scratches on the rack
Additionally, I ordered a car wash with interior cleaning, and I was also incredibly satisfied. The car looks better than it does from the cabin :)

I was making noise insulation. I paid significantly more for this service with the expectation that everything would be done efficiently. As a result, the steering wheel and 2 car panels were scratched in the process of making noise, and the interior was not fully cleaned. Is this even normal for a premium-class office? To their credit, they restored everything, but had to travel and waste their time and nerves. Therefore, they are no longer quoted for me.

I often apply, film gluing, polishing, ceramics, washing, sound insulation. In general, everything is fine, no shoals have been noticed. I advise you to contact us here. By the way, according to the sink, the most adequate price tag and quality. It is better than many "premium" in Minsk.
Updated: The quality has been systematically falling lately. 1 case. I ordered a sink for the engine compartment. They washed it. But somehow they washed all the antikor from the glasses)) To my claim as such, they said it was not an antikor that had washed away. As a result, they suggested applying their antikor, but attention, do not wash it off with water. I.e., antikor should not be washed off with water, but they can and this is the norm. Nonsense. I would forgive because more often there were positive results in this place, but then there is also some kind of strange situation. I glued the hood film, when choosing, I asked for the best one that is. Of course, they made the most expensive one, well, OK. So, there is a solid gluing defect, which you said you were riding on, so it may pass. Secondly, after the track they could not wash the bugs from the film, they say only polishing, and of course we have. In total, the most "top-of-the-line" film that bugs pierce, and another gluing defect. All my recent appeals have been purely negative, I will look for another detaling. It is a pity that the quality has dropped so much.

As for me, this is one of the best places in the city where you can put your car in order. Yes, the prices are not the lowest, but as my young man said (who has already driven 3 cars to them for antikor and pasting, and he knows a lot about cars himself), the golden hands of these guys are worth every ruble invested. I think I'll agree with him. The detaling is huge, there is a separate enclosed room for pasting, a separate one for anti-theft, a separate one for dry cleaning. And there is even an atelier. When I clarified the prices and deadlines for the re-stitching of the seat element, they wrote a price of 180 rubles and, I hope, they will manage during the day. Upon arrival, it turned out that the reshaping and painting in color would be 330 rubles. I decided to replace the element anyway, then they called back and said they would do it before 5 o'clock the next day!
The next day I decided to dial at 4 o'clock myself, whether I could pick up the car, I was told that they would finish by 7.30 pm and dial in an hour. As a result, no one scored, I had to go on my own.
As a result, the error of the seat belt tensioner is burning, either the chip was not inserted or damaged, although there were no problems with this in less "cool" detales.
In general, everything is OK with the seat, but the service leaves much to be desired

My friends advised me to contact this child care center. It took a dry cleaning of the salon. I do it regularly, but not everywhere they do it efficiently. I was lucky here, finally, to do my job in good faith. The salon is like new! There is no smell of chemicals inside, old stains have been washed off the skin, not a single corner of the cabin has gone unnoticed. The salon was ozonated as a gift.

Today I decided to go to the site, I saw an advertisement for a 20% discount for new customers. I left a request. A girl called me back and said that the price was 780 rubles. I asked, where is the promised 20% discount? To which I was told that this price is taking into account the retention of the rise in price of the new price. The job is done, but not at all at the level I expected.
I ordered dry cleaning of the interior (basic car wash is included in the price), polishing of the panel, repair of the mat, coating the body with wax.
Dry cleaning: The cleaning is stained, the door card is stained, streaked, the bottom of the passenger seats with unwashed dirt spots, dust under the buttons, which is visible when pressed, the ceiling with detergent dots, unwashed areas, the cracks next to the ACCP lever contain dirt, the cup holders of the door cards seem not to have been touched at all.
Wax coating. It was made on top of bitumen stains... On the top of the trunk lid, in a fairly prominent place, there was a piece of bitumen with a centimeter, i.e. it is visible not with an armed eye from 2 meters, especially under the lamps, so they took it and covered it with wax. When I pointed this out, the employee came over, scratched with his fingernail and picked it off... It is clear that a basic car wash does not imply the removal of bitumen, but if it is on the body, and in unacceptably large quantities, then why not offer to do a more thorough car wash with an additional fee, especially since a hard wax coating has been ordered? I don't understand it.
It also turned out strangely with the work of the manager: we agreed on the phone that we would look at everything under the lamp, what would be advised, what to do, what not. As a result, in the parking lot in the dark, the manager looked blankly, wrote down a list of jobs and left. To my question about the repair of the mat, "what will the patch look like", he said "I do not know", but the question "are there any examples?", answered "no". When ready, he outlined the deadlines and promised to call, in the end no one called, I had to call myself, and no one answered the phone during working hours. As a result, I called again the next day and was told that it was ready.
You expect a slightly different approach from the "detaling" of the salon, especially since the amount paid for this is clearly higher than in conventional car washes, namely 630 rubles.
In general, we can not say that everything is bad, for example: carpeting, front seats, torpedo, steering wheel, front panel, seals, doorways and glove boxes are well washed, but still there are a lot of nuances voiced above that leave an ambivalent feeling.

I came for a consultation, they announced the price for the dent of 50 rubles, the next day I gave the car away and after 30 minutes they called, said that the place was hard to reach and the price would be 250 rubles… I also did a complete dry cleaning of the salon, as a result, the guys forgot to clean the area under the armrest, if I hadn't noticed, I would have left. No apologies, no bonuses, quickly wiped and that's it. The site writes about 3-level quality control, but in fact it is better to check everything yourself!
