I took a KIA Rio automatic transmission in August 2024, for 1 month, the car is almost new. I applied the day before arrival, helped to pick up a car (in the summer season it is difficult to find a car in Serbia). I recommend it! Special thanks to the manager Alyona!

I took Dacia Logan for 2 months, and was very satisfied:
1) good value for money: for 25 euros per day I got a car with automatic control, cruise control and an adequate engine
2) a new car with normal tires (for the Balkans, this is much higher than the standard)
3) insurance is included in the price: in addition to the EU, I had to go to Macedonia, and there was no insurance specifically for this car. Together with an employee, we drove to the insurance company, and everything was completed in 5 minutes. It was fast and cool.

Excellent company, very friendly, there is support in Russian. They accept debit cards and cash. When I gave the car away, I didn't try to find fault with every scratch and look for hidden problems that I didn't notice when I took the car. The car itself is in excellent condition (I took a VW Sharan, automatic, diesel), although there are a couple of dents on the body. They gave a child seat for free. The only wish is that there are several options for limiting the daily mileage, not only 200 km, as now, but also 300 km and unlimited (for a higher price), as in other rental companies.

Well, apparently, we'll have to dilute all these laudatory reviews a little) After sending all the necessary documents for the execution of the contract, you arrange a meeting. At the appointed time and place, I emphasize, the employee Dusan will simply be 20 minutes late to hand over the car to you (the answer of the chief in the company named Sergey: well, these are Serbs, they are like that, understand and forgive). Next, Dusan will ask you to pay the rent in cash, although Alain's manager previously wrote that payment by card is possible. Dusan will give you a dirty car without fixing all the defects (after all, 200 + thousand km of mileage). When asked to do this, just take a picture and let's move on)) After you get into the car and drive 10 kilometers, you will find that the tank volume has decreased by 1/8. After writing to Sergei what the matter may be, it will turn out that the car is on gas (no one will warn about this in advance, of course) and that Dusan simply forgot to refuel it (sometimes it's the Serbs, you know). And the cherry on the cake, on the way, at some point in time, a warning "low oil level" will pop up (Sergey also has an answer to this: "sometimes it lights up on the ascents"). When I returned the car, the company's door was closed, Dusan was not at his workplace again (opening hours are from 9:00 to 16:00, but Dusan has his own schedule, keep in mind), so you need to call him in advance and warn him about the return. It's up to you to draw conclusions. I strongly recommend that you do not contact this office. There are plenty of others in the city who do their job much more efficiently and responsibly. Terrible service. Alain's manager reluctantly responds to messages, does not bring important information. I have to extract information from her, as if she is busy with something more important than work. A couple of days before the planned trip, I was told that the booked car was broken. 10/10
