I would like to thank all the company's team! I ordered furniture for the whole apartment from them! The prices are excellent, the terms are reasonable. I am happy with the cooperation from the first call to the completion of the project. There were minor nuances in the work, but everything was quickly fixed and did not cause any tension. The quality of the furniture is excellent.
Before that, I had experience working with other companies, and the experience was very negative. Here, I am 100% satisfied with the cooperation. I will recommend it to my friends and acquaintances!

In July 2024, the heads contacted the company to order furniture for the kitchen and hallway. We were satisfied with the production time of 2.5 months. Everything was fine at the consultation, everything was discussed in detail, it took several meetings, and the scanner was always in touch. It's time to install… And no phone call, no message. Until she asked, no one was going to warn about the postponement of the installation. At the same time, it is not known for how long, the employee fell ill. I was not satisfied with this option, they pretended to be afraid for the next few days. The kitchen was brought, but the furniture for the hallway was not, and it was reported again in fact, only on the day of the kitchen installation. Well, that's half the trouble, the funniest thing was that the kitchen was brought in and almost completely installed the wrong one. The facades were of a different color and made of a different material. Moreover, the collector was just going to leave, saying they would call you later. I was not satisfied with this, I needed specific deadlines, because it was the end of November, and from December we were going to move to Kavrtira, where we were installing furniture. I didn't receive any apologies for the situation until I started demanding some kind of action from the company. As compensation, the company offered to make bathroom furniture a month earlier, immediately after the new year, and, of course, to convert the bathrooms into kitchens. I also agreed to leave the countertop, which was not according to the project, in order to get a new kitchen as quickly as possible. While we were looking at bathroom furniture, we discovered nuances in the kitchen, the plank was not broken, the drawer was full of furniture dust after drilling, it was not even vacuumed, the door began to creak, a piece of plastic was torn off… Several times they asked the company's collector to come and fix the bugs. The director didn't answer, then he answered well, and then tishchina again.Because of this, they wrote a negative review to the company.As a result, we achieved the arrival of the security guard on December 31, but of course, this is not the day when we would like the kitchen to be occupied. Postponed to January, the importer arrived without the necessary tool, fixed only half of the nuances. Referring to that, he will finish when installing furniture in the bathroom. We are waiting for our furniture next, the week of January, the second, the third. I'm writing, they're telling me - we'll call you back after tomorrow. Okay… They call back and say that we are canceling the contract with you and we will not make furniture for you because you wrote a negative review. That's how we waited 2 months for the furniture - and we only got the time and money we spent! Therefore, I sincerely do not recommend contacting this company to anyone who wants to save these resources!

Everything was fine from the beginning, they smiled sweetly into their eyes, and said that, taking into account the sanctions, they had all the materials and accessories....the client will be satisfied with their work. We understood and realized that many large companies, taking into account the sanctions, could not bring certain material, we took it literally... As a result, everything turned out to be completely different, then their deadlines shifted, then they came out with a proposal to replace it with other material, etc. In
general, we do not recommend this private trader, due to his holistic approach to fulfilling his duties.....

Everything was fine until the moment of installation. They don't keep up with deadlines, typical excuses were not made there, they weren't done there, as a result, with a delay of more than a week, they installed the wrong kitchen for us from the wrong materials and the wrong colors. They don't get in touch. You need to constantly run after the director, the manager with whom you talked and gave the money quickly jumps off, says all the questions to the director. In general, the typical situation is as long as you deposit the money, everything is fine.
In general, I do not recommend it! There is also a desire to check them through special services. Give them a New Year.
