In terms of price-quality ratio, everything is fine. The room has everything you need and is in working condition. Another advantage is a fairly convenient location, you can walk to the metro. The staff is very friendly, but very few people come to the reception, mostly phone contacts. But all the issues were being resolved. One of the disadvantages is the kitchen, which is impossible to be in, because there is some kind of steam boiler that warms up the room unbearably. And there are almost no cooking utensils in the kitchen. There is a lovely balcony where you can have breakfast or just sit, but we had a room with windows facing this balcony. And if someone was sitting there early in the morning, talking on the phone, then everything can be heard in the room. Or if they smoke there, then everything will be in the room. However, on the other hand, it was convenient, we kept the kettle and fruit on the windowsill and took everything from the balcony from there, it turned out like a bar counter, we didn't have to carry it once again) So there were advantages too)
Another minus is the shower, which is a little clogged, the water drained for 7-10 minutes. And since it is combined with a toilet, it was difficult to go to the toilet after a shower with this flood, and then dirt. There was not enough of a mop to collect dirty water into a hole in the floor. That would partially solve the problem. There are several options for Wi-Fi. Some worked better in the room, some worked better on the balcony.

The owner is inadequate, there is zero sound insulation. Booked for two nights. After the first one in the morning, they asked for a refund for the second night, in response they received insults and threats. The money was not returned to us. The rooms are worn, the windows do not close until the end, the walls are paper, you can hear every movement of the neighbors.

Хорошее расположение, до центра города 700-800 метров по оживленной улице. Отель небольшой и уютный, номера чистые, есть все для комфортного проживания. В стоимость номера входит завтрак, который накрывают со всем разнообразием , даже когда в отеле проживает один гость. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить сотрудников отеля, которые также поспособствовали формированию крайне приятных впечатлений от отдыха в целом. А владелица отеля сама лично прогулялась со мной, проводив меня до магазина, который я не могла найти, попутно посоветовав, какие рестораны национальной кухни обязательны к посещению. С - Сервис)) Рекомендую это место для проживания каждому среднестатистическому путешественнику)
