I signed up at this service station to replace the rear brake pads and cylinders. It was also necessary to diagnose the rear suspension. It was all announced on the phone during the recording. They also said on the phone that they only check all the suspensions, which cost 80 rubles. Accordingly, I declined this service on the phone. And I said that I would come with my spare parts. I was told to come. When I arrived, they immediately started asking if I would do a diagnosis or not, and I said no. As a result, I was refused to replace the brake pads, citing the fact that I have my own spare parts, although they knew about it initially, but they told me to come anyway. Well, in my opinion, this is the main reason for the refusal, that I refused to do suspension diagnostics for 80 rubles. Although on the phone, all this was voiced by him during the recording. The customer must decide for himself where to order spare parts!
We were returning to Minsk after the holidays, we noticed a malfunction of the brake pads on the highway, 180 km to the house, it is unclear how serious the problem is...
