I was watching a car. I did not like that the manager did not want to show and start a car 15-10 minutes before the end of the working day, referring to coming "tomorrow".
P.S. on a weekday, he managed only to the last 40-30 minutes before closing.
In general, it is clean, the car is without layers of dust, there is a "defect map", I will not say how accurate it is, but it is nice that some nuances are stated directly.
Just that there is little lighting, there is definitely not enough light + so maybe there was a better chance to choose the car you liked.

Until the last second, I expected some missed clause in the contract or other setup: an additional fee, a loss on the exchange rate difference, a ridiculous third option, but eventually I received the entire agreed amount.
It was nice to sell a car without talking to customers.

Calls with a sales status report 1-2 times in 2 weeks. We drew up a contract for 2 months, the car was sold in 4 months, this is due, I think, not to the work of the salon, but to the oversaturation of the market for this car model. In general, I was very satisfied, the experience was the first, there were worries, but the salon did not disappoint. Everything that was promised was fulfilled. The payment is also fast, literally half an hour and the money is on hand. So I recommend it.

I gave my car away for sale. This is not the first car dealership that I applied to to sell my car, but perhaps I liked it the most of all! I liked the attitude and attentiveness to the client, everything was explained according to the contract. The car was well washed inside and out, high-quality photos were taken. They called and told me about the screenings. And what was very nice was that when I picked up the car, they returned it clean, washed it before the fire and there was no dust inside either (there was just an experience with other car houses that they gave the car all dusty and with a discharged battery). The staff are pleasant and accommodating!

I would like to express my concern about the work of the employees of this organization and their communication with each other. I put my car in their parking lot, for a commission sale. First of all, about a week ago, on the announcement of the sale of my car, there was a photo of a completely different car. But I was satisfied with the communication with the curator girl who drove my car. True, it was there-now sales have risen, etc. but, at least, the polite car stood for about 2 months, after which I decided to pick it up, just the contract for putting the car on sale has already ended. And what was my surprise when I arrived and saw my car. It feels like it was put next to the construction site and not washed for two months. It's funny because they sell cars that they don't even look after. As a buyer, I would not take this car purely because of the attitude to this car. After all, if they treat the car like that, then I should be wary🤔 in short, the attitude to their product is so-so.
Although it's strange, I sold the last car from them, and I was satisfied. And they sold it quickly, and it was clean. But then there were questions in terms of Khimki. But that's not the point now. I attach two photos with a layer of dirt😉 (unfortunately Yandex rejected my photos)

The company called me on its own, I didn't tell them. They promised to sell the car in 2-3 weeks.
As a result, they had the car for two months and not a single offer.
Sellers are treated with disregard, they are forced to wait, although they agreed on a meeting in advance.
When they took their car, the car could not start the first time, apparently they had it for 2 months and never even started it.
The trunk handle was also broken.

But the reality is somewhat different from fairy tales (((. After you put the car, interest in you disappears completely, although with persuasion they extolled themselves to the top of the car business and did not skimp on negative assessments of their competitors, even in the same building. As a result, they had two cars for a couple of months, a minimum of communication with the manager and a practical lack of work. Probably in a business like theirs, cars sell themselves, and managers serve only for beautiful fairy tales and filling the site. In general, I do not recommend it, it is a waste of time.
