I signed up for this center via the Internet to make an appointment with an endocrinologist. The recording was the next day at 13-30. Moreover, there were many free entries from 13 every half hour (at 14-30 and at 15-00, etc.), I called them myself to clarify the relevance of the recording. I was told that the doctor has all appointments scheduled closer to 17-00, they say I am the only one at an inconvenient time (a question for the medical center on scheduling!). I rescheduled the appointment for 14-00, to which I was told to come. And so the next day at 13-55 I step on the threshold of the medical center, change my clothes. I receive an SMS that my appointment has been canceled and the administrator, without any words of apology, informs me that the doctor is delayed for at least 40 minutes. I was driving from the other side of town to sit and wait for the doctor indefinitely. The service and attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired and does not match the price level.

I think this is important information, because on weekdays people work, take time off, and do not take a full day off for ultrasound.
Also, I was not given a picture, but it was indicated on the website that it would be given with a conclusion. It seems like a small thing, but my attending physician had questions about the results and he wanted to see what happened there. I had to redo the ultrasound.
