From my personal experience, I know what a puncture biopsy is, how it goes, and what the sensations are after taking it (bleeding, etc.).In the case of the Lighthouse of Health, nothing similar was done to my mother. Obviously, to collect the material for the study, another manipulation was performed - much more gentle, and, accordingly, much cheaper (or it should not have been paid at all). I asked the staff in the chat for a valid price list, since it is not available on the website in the form of a document, but there are only prices for individual services (not all). The employee sent the information selectively. I asked again how I could read the full Price List, but I didn't get an answer. But I was promised twice (both in the chat and in a telephone conversation) that information about my questions would be passed on to the doctor, and he would contact me. But no one called me back. I am preparing an appeal to the administration and further, depending on the response, to higher authorities.

I have been seeing an endocrinologist for a long time, I really like the professionalism and attitude of the doctor, I would also like to note the courtesy of the staff and the convenient location, not far from the metro! As for prices, they are higher than average than in other medical centers.
This center has some of the best and most famous gynecologists, to whom it is almost impossible to get to first. You call on the day of recording from 8 a.m. to all 5 or 6 phones, somewhere they do not answer, somewhere they are busy, somewhere they seem to be dropping. I wrote to 3 messengers, they answered only after 20 minutes that the recording was closed in 10 minutes. Allegedly, you get to one line from all the rooms, which is overloaded. Well, let them make such a line (as in almost all state organizations), where the robot immediately responds and says "you are in line 100500, wait for an answer." So at least it is clear that the call has been received and you do not need to poke your finger at the "call back" screen without stopping. Apparently, indeed, you only need to come personally to the center at 8 in order to make an appointment.
On December 13, I made an appointment with an endocrinologist on January 21 (although I was supposed to get there in the fall, but for some reason the appointment closes with a doctor in 10 minutes). I coordinated this issue with the insurance company, and a letter of guarantee was sent. On the eve of the reception (today, January 20th) I got a call to confirm the recording. I informed them that the appointment was valid, and then I was confronted with the fact that since January 1, they had made changes and now the doctor to whom I was registered is "highly demanded" and demanded to make changes to the letter of guarantee. The insurance company, of course, does not pay for the appointments of "highly demanded" doctors. As a result, this medical center refused to accept me the day before. In response to clarifying questions about MY health and the current consultation for MY own money, the doctor was dissatisfied, if you misunderstood something, it is better not to ask again, answer only yes or no. With this approach and customer orientation, this specialist can only be accepted in the regional polyclinic, because I consider this format of patient admission unacceptable for a decent medical center.
Three stars only for the friendly reception staff and the room. It is a pity to put even zero for the quality of the consultation and the manner of the doctor's behavior.
