New complex, nearby, embankment, park, Library.
Near the Vostok metro station (13 min to Oktyabrskaya metro center)
The place is cool, there are many cafes, shops, a spa center, a hookah bar, a hairdresser, playgrounds nearby.
It's a great place for vacationers. There is everything to relax and have a good time.

A fairly compact residential area with excellent infrastructure: there are many shops within walking distance, including the Dana Mall shopping center, pharmacies, hairdressers, restaurants and cafes. Local shopping and business centers have everything from medicine to household items. It's a beautiful place.

I've been living here for six months and this is the best neighborhood in the city! Everything is at hand, and the subway, and shops, and a beautiful promenade for walking. I especially like how the courtyards are designed, cozy and modern.

The best place in the city for housing and recreation
Everything is nearby, Central Avenue, metro, shopping center, river, forest, fountains and playgrounds. The courtyards are amazingly beautiful and quiet
Of course, it's a little difficult to put a car, but the parking of the library saves
Infuriating just that the illumination of the fountains becomes visible at 8, and at 9 they are already turned off - and what's the point? And the boys complain that there is nowhere to play football/ basketball

The atmosphere is cool and the people are kind, smiling, getting to know each other and having fun.

The most pleasant corner of Minsk. It cannot be compared with the "stone jungle" of Kamennaya Gorka (sorry for the tautology) and similar neighborhoods. About Picasso Boulevard, you can say that they can whenever they want. Good layout, a huge number of different retail outlets (you can't get around in a day), beautiful architectural solutions of houses and infrastructure. But!!! The boulevard is a boulevard! I would like more benches, not chairs in outdoor cafes. A lot of young mothers with strollers, elderly people go out for a walk, it would be nice to sit down and relax.

Good location on Independence Avenue. Near the metro, the national library, a large shopping center. In the residential complex itself, there are many different establishments on the ground floors: cafes, shops, pharmacies. The downside is the extremely dense high-rise buildings, parking spaces are clearly not enough, we have to look for them.

I was looking for an apartment .I decided to watch the "Lighthouse of Minsk".On the positive side, the LCD is a convenient location, near the metro.Beautiful Picasso Boulevard.Shops, hairdressers and other infrastructure.I didn't like the fact that the houses are located very close to each other.The passage is also narrow, it is not convenient for cars to leave.And parking is problematic.Of course, you can rent or buy a parking space, but that's another question.In general, I did not buy an apartment here and I do not regret it.

Very convenient location: nearby, metro, shopping center, shops, and very poorly built housing: noise insulation is worse than that of the old panel houses - you can clearly hear how the neighbor is talking, too, about thermal insulation: 25 degrees in apartments only if there is no severe frost and no wind and do not ventilate and baratre at maximum, and once a month, power outages!

It is impossible to park, it is difficult to leave. The issue of parking spaces has not been thought out at all. A good place to stay for a couple of days, even if you live on the periphery. You can rent suitable accommodation for reasonable money. A place where you can buy clothes, eat (although previously the choice was more interesting), and see the library. The metro is nearby. I arrived, parked, and then took the subway or Yandex taxi! Get behind the wheel, as soon as you get ready to leave - it's lovely! (Drivers will understand;) )

It is very annoying the number of inadequate people with dogs who have the audacity not to clean up after pets. It's just disgusting - piles right in the middle of the sidewalk.
And there are also delivery cars that scurry through the pedestrian zone of the boulevard. The traffic police claim that travel is prohibited there and the delivery of goods should be on trolleys, but they are in no hurry to restore order.
