We spent 10 wonderful unforgettable days at the Mayak Guest House. A hospitable hostess. Friendly staff. Proximity to the sea. The cleanest and least crowded beach in Sukhum. A cozy well-kept courtyard. Delicious home cooking. Many thanks to Amalia, Irina and Nastya for our wonderful vacation!

We lived with my husband and son in the Mayak guest house from the 25th to the 31st of August. I have something to compare it with, and I can say that everything was great. This is a cozy room with air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, snow-white bed linen and towels. I really liked that the territory is cleaned all the time, food is cooked in the dining room like at home at a completely adequate price.The proximity of the purest sea also pleased me.And, of course, I would like to note the attitude of the staff and the hostess: they are always friendly, sincere, ready to help to the best of their abilities.

wonderful, sociable, hospitable hosts. the rooms and the courtyard are clean and cozy. the room has air conditioning, which saves you from the heat. there are a lot of greenery in the yard, it's nice to sit in the gazebo, enjoying the beauty. the children liked the games, billiards, tennis, badminton, they couldn't get out of the pool at all))) the house is located next to the sea, the beach is not crowded, which made me happy, you can sit quietly with your family, without neighborhood) Lena cooked very tasty trout on the grill, now we will remember all year) in general, there are a lot of impressions from the house and the owners, we liked everything very much, we will come again! There is a lot of excitement that cannot even be described. Lena and Arthur thank you for everything)

The worst guest house I've ever seen. To begin with, we drove from the border for a very long time, arriving in another country without the Internet, we did not warn the hostess that we had crossed the border for a long time, but before departure we wrote again and clarified that we were going, she confirmed. In general, no one was waiting for us when we arrived, and it turns out that the check-in is before 8, which we were not informed about. Somehow we persuaded her to come and check us in, so as not to stay on the street. I let a narrow dark and semi-basement corridor into some kind of corridor, at the end of the corridor there is a tiny smelly kitchen and our room is right next to the kitchen. We booked a 3-bed room, as a result we were given a 2-bed room, well, OK.it was impossible to sleep at night, the kitchen stank, and in the morning we listened with great pleasure to the scraping of pans. When I went out into the yard, I heard the indignation of the hostess Amalia that all the guests had stolen the dishes. Good morning! After talking with the residents, we found out that the hostess is always dissatisfied with something. After taking a walk and deciding that we did not want to spend our vacation in this house or with this hostess, we were informed that we were withdrawing our reservation and leaving in the morning, she still had 600 rubles left with prepayment, they also offered to pay 600 rubles and stay for 3 days. "Either leave or pay at least 5 days in advance"..... She screamed and insisted, shouted that we were walking around Adler, and they lied to her that we were taking away her bread. She said that she settles people for at least 5 days, although now I'm flipping through sites where ads with this guest house are posted and I see that the minimum check-in is from 3 days….As a result, we gave 3 thousand rubles for one night for a room without amenities on the outskirts of the city, with the smell of a canteen, noise and a screaming hostess, because she did not return the prepayment. We left at 6 p.m. for another city, and were happy that we got rid of this nightmare as soon as possible.

A great place to relax. Very friendly and friendly managers of this homely house. The territory is well maintained, decorated with many beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Both adults and children will always find something to do: ping pong, badminton, Russian billiards, swimming pool, shizlong, trampoline, swing for kids. In the evening, after the sweltering heat, you can sit in a cozy gazebo with a friendly company for dinner cooked on the grill. The sea is within walking distance, the beach is not crowded. The best impressions remained from the "Lighthouse"!

Wonderful people, nature, the sea is magical! Warm, affectionate. But it is very depressing that there are so many stray animals! They took two tiny kittens with them, which were simply thrown away, apparently, to "certain" death, on the asphalt, on the road!!!
