Great hotel! The rooms are fresh, the bed is ideal for softness /rigidity, double king size, room 808 has a view of the mountains and the sea, cleaned every day. Extra blankets were given, the room had everything you need for cooking. There are elevators, they work. The pool is open in October, but it is cold.
Bicycles can be rented on the terrace.
The only drawback is that the laundry is paid, 400 lira, they wash everything in a bunch at high temperature. They didn't put the black aside separately and ruined all our things (
Otherwise, it is an ideal hotel in terms of location, view from the window and convenience. We were with a one-year-old child.

We returned from vacation only the day before yesterday. We were very satisfied. The location of the hotel is wonderful: 800-900 meters to the sea, past shops, cafes, exchangers, pharmacies, an aquapark; the port and the Red Tower are the same distance; bus stops are 10-20 meters away; a 5-minute walk to a huge market (including Friday), “Waikiki”, several “Migros” and “Bim". The staff has radically changed our opinion about the Turkish service, which was previously negative. They were all friendly, helpful, unobtrusive, humorous, and didn't even hint at tips. I can't write anything about food - we haven't tried it, as the prices are slightly higher than in nearby cafes. But we saw that many of the guests ate there. Live music on Fridays. Nice pool, always clean, with warm water. There were always enough sun beds, there is a pool bar, a Playground. I was particularly pleased with the room. After reading the reviews, I expected the worst. I was thinking about how to ask for a better apartment. We arrived at night and checked in right away. In our opinion, the room was the best - on the 8th floor. Awesome view from the balcony - the sea, the mountains and Alanya itself. A small corridor, a bedroom with free air conditioning, a kitchen-living room with two armchair beds and a combined bathroom. For the first time in all the years of traveling to different countries, nothing flowed anywhere, the shower cabin was clean and airtight, the water did not jump from ice into boiling water. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances, even a toaster and coffee maker were. There is a table and 4 on the balcony! chairs, wall-mounted clothes dryer. The sound insulation is excellent - the neighbors were not heard at all. But the noise from the street was a little disturbing if the windows were left open. Again, probably because we live in our own house and are used to complete silence.
A small disadvantage is that the safe is paid. But we didn't use it. Nothing was ever missing. They cleaned well, although they did not add shampoo gels, but we did not need them (we used our own). The room was not even inspected at check-out.
In general, I would love to come again!
