We lived with our daughter in July 2024. We came to Maximus for the first time, we were very pleased that the expectation coincided with reality! The room has a beautiful and stylish renovation, clean and tidy, snow-white sheets and towels. A bed with a comfortable mattress! There is air conditioning, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi. The room has a hairdryer, refrigerator, electric kettle. There is everything you need in a 2-minute walk: cafes for every taste, shops, a shop with vegetables and fruits. It's close to the sea, it's enough to cross the road. The owner of the guest house is a responsive and pleasant person! The contingent at this hotel is also exceptionally pleasant, there are no drunks! I liked everything, but it's usually hard for me to please!)) 👍👍👍

Excellent guest house, we lived in a double room, we liked everything. Clean bed, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, kettle and refrigerator. It is worth noting that this is a guest house and not a hotel, so there is no room cleaning and towel change, it is all done on its own (there is a laundry room as well as a dustpan and a broom for cleaning the room). The host is friendly and polite.

We liked everything very much, our room was large with a sofa, the room was clean. Bed linen and towels are provided. Convenient location, 200 meters to the sea. Shops and canteens have opened nearby. The owner is a very kind and pleasant person. I was vacationing there with my family, we will definitely return! I wish you success and prosperity!

It's a great place. Close to the sea. Everything is really like a new and beautiful photo, and most importantly clean. A big plus is that there is a generator, so there was always water, light, and the Internet caught perfectly.

Of the cons :
This is a guest house, not a hotel!!!
For 9 days of stay in this guest house, there was no cleaning of the room, replacement of bed linen, cleaning of the trash can in the bathroom, replacement of liquid soap and toilet paper. The cost of a room in this guest house is 4000 rubles per day!!! . And for this money, one face towel is issued per person, which will not be changed until you express your dissatisfaction personally to the owner of the guest house. What will they answer you, and what do you want for a 5-star hotel for 4000 rubles? Not 5 stars, of course, but at least a bath towel (large) and its timely replacement. He also takes an air freshener with him, it is not provided here. A blanket is not provided here either, but two sheets will be waiting for you. And you will be tormented either by the heat or the cold from the air conditioner.

To begin with, this is not a hotel, but a guest house (at the price of a good hotel). During an 8-day stay in this guest house, there was never a change of bed linen, a very funny two towels in size for both faces (one for each, respectively); hygiene products (toilet paper and liquid soap) were also not replaced; the trash can in the bathroom did not change for 8 days!!! The cost of accommodation is 4000 per day!!! And for that kind of money, there wasn 't even an air freshener in the bathroom. There is no place to brew and drink tea, concrete walls and an old kitchen, the kettle stinks of plastic, it is impossible to drink such water, and as for drinking water, you will not find it here.
We were led to a fresh renovation, and behind this fresh renovation there are no amenities.In addition, you will be visited by neighbors (pictured ) but don't be afraid of them, they are hospitable, unlike the owner of this guest house. Good luck to all and the choice of a good hotel)))
