I ordered it from this store (maximal.by ) a high-pressure washer, the manager called back a couple of minutes later, said that this was a discounted model, understated its characteristics and began to persuade me to order another HYUNDAI HHW190-535 model for 862p. (the price was 740 on the website), arguing that it is cheaper and more reliable and free of defects. A couple of days later, I ordered a model that the manager offered me. The next day, the car wash was brought to Vitebsk. Unfortunately, I didn't take it. It turned out to be defective (the bent shaft of the hose coil, through which water flows under pressure), i.e. the problem is not pleasant. The drum spins with a bang. Another "bonus" was the cracked mud mill in 1 minute of washing operation. It feels as if they are trying to sell defective equipment. The manager advised to contact the service center in Minsk. That's all I needed, to ride from Vitebsk to Minsk! I do not recommend this store.

I do not advise anyone to contact this store. I couldn't even think that there could be such a boorish attitude towards customers. I was interested in the treadmill. The manager called back and said that there is no such price anymore, but since it is on the site))) They'll make it for me. I immediately clarified that I needed the product with delivery and assembly. To which I was told several times that I was inadequate and that any child would assemble this track in 5 minutes. That I should buy a track from them and call the "master for an hour". I thanked him for the recommendation and said that I would contact another store where they would do everything turnkey for me. Several more times they shouted at me that I was inadequate, so that I would never call them again, that I would be blacklisted and hung up. This is the first time I've encountered such outright rudeness. And once again I was convinced that most often the low cost indicates the low quality of the services provided.
