14.01.2024 in the morning I ordered a car. The waiting time was 7 minutes. 1 minute before arrival, I started to descend from the 2nd floor. When I came out of the entrance, I received a message that the driver was waiting, but after looking around, I realized that he was not there. I started to wait, because in this taxi service, drivers often put a wait before they arrive. After 3 minutes of waiting, I decided to contact the driver by calling back. By the way, I received it, but they just kept silent on the other end of the line, and then they hung up. After that, the order was immediately canceled by the driver, allegedly because of the long wait for me. I had to use the services of another taxi, as I was late for work. I wrote a complaint to support - I didn't get a response, but I got a call from the driver, who called from his personal phone and was rude to me, trying to arrange some kind of showdown. I wrote about it in support, they say, on what basis is my number transferred to drivers at all? There was no response, but I was kicked out of the system and it did not work to log in again from my number, as well as to call the operator - I was simply blacklisted. It's just a disgusting taxi. I will not stop at this complaint and will appeal to higher authorities, since this is already a matter of principle.
