Delicious, inexpensive ice cream and cocktails. Good service. Convenient location. It's always crowded. My friends praise this place. I went and did not regret it! I recommend you to visit
Assalyamu a'laikum
Today we also visited the Maxi Burger in Yangishah, all services are very fast and the food is delicious, the main thing is that the products are halal and the prices are cheap.Thank you to the manager and the waiter.
Aizhan helped the waiter ос, the service is Bystro and chetka Mashhaallah 👍
We came to have a quick lunch with my mother, ordered a Greek salad, and asked about the composition. They said tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and cheese. As a result, they brought a salad with onions. When we asked the waiter to change the salad, 15 minutes later he brought the same one from which they just chose onions. I have an allergy, after 15 minutes they said they couldn't make a Greek salad because they ran out of olives. In general, the service is so-so, although the wings are delicious.
Everything is as usual, you stand in line, waiting for a meal, a new establishment, it's good if you don't get into rush hour, you'll starve, the staff tries to cope with the influx of customers, it's more expensive than everywhere else, but delicious, no option tasty and cheap.
Beautiful interior, top-level waiter service. Ordered on 06/03/2024. Wings, cooked quickly and tasty. Thanks to the cook who cooked it. And thanks to the staff for the service.
we waited 20 minutes and didn't think about taking an order at all.even when they called, they came after 10 minutes.
but the food is delicious, I gave a low rating due to the slow service
Staff. He speaks only Kazakh - pretends that he does not understand Russian, when you address in English - does not understand, in French - does not understand, well, he spoke with signs, it was necessary to look at the institution and put an objective assessment.
Atmosphere. There is no music inside, you can sit quietly. For this, we got one star. People smoke near the entrance and all the smoke goes into the hall - well, so-so atmosphere.
Waiting time. If you don't know that you need to go to the checkout yourself to pay, then you can sit and wait for a waiter for a very long time. Trying to attract the attention of the waiters, who huddled at one table - zero reaction. There is also no button to call the waiter.
Food. I ordered a rib eye - no one asked the degree of roasting, but they brought something very salty and bloody-raw. By the way, there is no salt, pepper, vinegar and mustard on the tables -- is it a goon? But there are napkins on the tables, well, at least something.
Drinks. I ordered Tashkent tea - I haven't seen the worst swill in all of Kazakhstan - well, if they didn't put sugar (I'm not talking about honey - it's a luxury in this institution) in a teapot, then at least it could be put on the table, but it's not. Explain what needs to be done to spoil the tea, well, how is this possible? Apparently the lemon was already spoiled, the smell was so-so.
Overall impression: the place is good, the idea is good, the name is loud, and as a result we have an institution that is better not to go to. The idea is good, but the staff (waiters, cashiers, kitchen) ruined everything that could be. Either you need to fix everything, or give way to others.
