It's a nice mausoleum. Everything necessary for the mausoleum is here - walls, roof, security. I didn't get to see the owner himself, but I understand he's there a lot.

She visited the Mausoleum in October 2024. A very strict inspection at the entrance, even an infant with bare shoulders and knees was not allowed. It was good that I had a handkerchief, I threw it over my shoulders and they let me through. The place is beautiful, it's nice to walk, I recommend it.
