In one case, we had to transfer money to the administrator's card. By mistake, the system transferred the money twice, but despite the evidence provided, the administrator refused to refund the extra amount, citing the fact that the money allegedly did not arrive. The situation left an unpleasant impression.
Now about the food. Samsa is really tasty, but the kettles leave much to be desired: the smell of fish is clearly felt from them, which spoils the overall impression.
I recommend that the institution pay attention to the quality of service and eliminate these shortcomings. Customer experience is important, and such moments should not be repeated.
And I have never been as a guest, But since I am and live nearby, it can be seen that people are cozy and comfortable to sit and chat, in general, I think like a normal place.
