The staff is at zero, a woman is constantly trying to be rude at the entrance.
As a result, the party was ruined. They left with extremely negative emotions.

Everything is fine, but compared to that year it has become dirtier everywhere. Children's room,dining room,toilet.
There are few staff in the children's room, no one cleans. For rides + seniors, there is always no necessary person, you need to call.
The director guy probably came right away and put things in order.
He swore at the waiters.
Everyone ran in at once.
The tables are not cleaned at all, the order was brought, and that's it, they forgot.
