As a result, he brought out the cable at the bottom and just threw it across the floor through the entire apartment all the way to the router.
We have wasted our time, now we need to call specialists again so that the cable is conducted in a human way. At whose expense will the stupid master's joint be paid? At the expense of the client, of course. We received neither compensation nor apologies.
We thought about changing the provider even before we had time to use the services.
It's just a horror, not a provadier, really.
Technical support - everything is polite, competent - there are no questions, and the provision of services from the provider does not pull even 1 star.
I'm really looking forward to other providers coming to us so that I can look forward to switching to them. Let them be twice as expensive - it doesn't matter, the main thing is that they are reliable.

Every call to the support service is a shift in the repair period in a big way. They repair only in the central districts, and the Kirovsky district of Donetsk is not mandatory for them.
