Check in on time. The hotel itself is clean enough. There were no problems with the water. The staff speaks Russian, English, and Georgian. Quite good breakfasts . There are vegetables, eggs, cottage cheese, cereals, various snacks, pastries. Of the fruits, there were only watermelons. But it doesn 't matter. There is no mini bar, the refrigerator is working properly. I was in the summer, I had to use the air conditioner during the day if I was in the room. The bed is clean. There are no insects. There are shower accessories, slippers.
2 bottles of water are also brought daily . Relaxing music plays pleasantly at the reception. There is an elevator, very convenient. The hotel is located on a hill, to get there, you need to go downhill, excellent cardio. It will be inconvenient with children in wheelchairs or disabled people, it will be tedious to use a taxi. 10-15 minutes walk from the center. I can recommend it . I arrived with rubles, accepted payment by transfer from a card to a savings bank card, but at a changed dollar exchange rate (I pretended that this was the case, although it was not very decent, but considering that I did not have time to exchange rubles for lari, I was sympathetic), it was a little confusing. The overpayment was small.
The area is quiet. I slept well. When the door was open, no midges flew to the balcony, which surprised me.
Excellent location, 5-8 minutes to the sulfur baths. but! Not for people of age, climbing a steep hill is quite difficult for unprepared guests. Although, this issue is easily solved with the help of an inexpensive taxi. But it's quiet and peaceful! The Internet is flying, it was important for us. The room is spacious, but we really wanted a balcony. Across the street, the Brooch Hotel is owned by the same owner. We were kindly offered a choice of several rooms there, moved into a smaller room, but with a large terrace and a wonderful view of the city. The staff responds to all requests with lightning speed: they changed the mattress, brought a kettle, a safe, a vase for flowers. It's clean enough. The water pressure in the shower is good, normal hot water. We lived for three weeks, so there was a little lack of variety in the breakfasts. But this did not spoil the impression of the hotel.
The hotel is super and the historical center is a maximum of 10 minutes away.
