I want to express my dissatisfaction with the billiards and the staff. Firstly, at the beginning of the day I call and ask to sign me up for a pool at 19:30, in response I heard well and so on. I come at 19:28 and see that there are several people in front of me who take the same pool, and another table is already occupied. I come up, say that I signed up for a pool, 2 hours of play, in response I hear: "the pool is busy, do you want to play Russian billiards." I didn't argue. I note that for some reason people without a record went to play, but the person with the record did not. Well, they gave me everything and I went to play with my friends. I immediately saw a half-broken cue, replaced it - they gave me a pool cue. It feels like they're homemade. We found a place where there is not even a table where you can put your things, and moreover against the wall. No place to sit down, no place to put things. 4 tables for the entire entertainment center, which is specified in some comments in this? It's not serious. I was very unhappy with this institution, although when I was younger I thought it was worthy of what it has.
