A great museum. It was built during the Soviet period. There is a translation into Russian on the 3rd floor, not on the ground floor and not in the basement.
There is a lot to see and see on Ararat wonderful.
It was very interesting ) when the exhibition of Jean Poghosyan was presented. To be honest, the exhibition itself was not impressed. But overall it was beautiful and interesting
The largest center of ancient manuscripts, the Matenadaran, is located in Yerevan. The manuscripts in Arabic, Greek, Latin, and Hebrew, the drawings on them are not fading colors, tell about the history of the ancient world. Everyone who visits Armenia needs to visit this center of science and history!
A very interesting museum. It gives an understanding of how important the writing of the non-Armenian people is. It is necessary to watch with a guide- Or download an audio guide
Beautiful old books, interesting photos from the beginning of the 20th century.

A magnificent collection of ancient manuscripts, concentrated in one monumental and majestic building. It is amazing how much Soviet science did to preserve the national heritage throughout the Union.
Old books . The beginning of writing . It may be boring for children, but I definitely recommend it for adults! There is definitely no such thing in Moscow!
It's an interesting place, almost the whole history of Armenia is there, you can't understand anything there without a guide

A unique museum of ancient manuscripts. We ordered a tour in Russian, and it was the right decision. I consider this museum a must-visit when visiting Yerevan
A majestic building, the sanctity of the place is clearly felt inside: there are a huge number of different books around, giving a clear idea of the Armenian writing of different years. All the staff knows Russian and everyone will be happy to explain to you everything that seemed incomprehensible. I didn't hesitate to ask, which gave me a much more complete picture in my head than if I had looked through everything in silence.
