I wanted to buy a Merida bike with 27.5 wheels in MasterVelo. As a result, I bought it at another store and that's why:
The price on the website and the price of a bicycle are different things. As I was told on the phone, the site is needed to attract attention. But in fact, they added 500 UAH to me, and said that there would be no guarantee when buying via the Internet, and in general, compliance with the warranty for the goods sold is their personal desire. In the store, the price increases by another 400 UAH - but then the warranty is 5 years. And why, I ask, does the price indicated on the website on the day of the update not correspond to reality? And then the seller hangs up on me: the course jumps, we update the prices for spare parts, but we don't have time for bicycles, etc. etc. And after the phrase: "The site is needed to attract customers" (read - suckers), I just wanted to hang up! You know, it's "nice" to feel like this "client" who is being heated by a thousand out of the blue.
Bottom line: I ordered my Merida in Dnipro from an official dealer. Even with my delivery, it came out to me cheaper than the stated price for MV. And no one tried to "stick" a thousand to me))
I like the slogan: "You can bargain with us." For me, it has acquired a special meaning: the phrase "you can bargain with us" in the store means to bargain for a price increase!((
There is a bank terminal in the store, but other than Privatbank cards, other cards are not accepted (or do not want to work with cards at all).
It's interesting - is such treatment of customers the position of management, or the banal desire of sellers to earn money in secret from their superiors?
"We strive to be the best using our professional experience, practical knowledge and supporting everything with affordable prices and discounts" - after reading this information on the site, and after my real communication with sellers, I feel Shock :):):)
And after talking to me, and after I was "released" to a normal store, the price (attention!) lower than the one at which I tried to buy a bike in MasterVelo! This is out of the question! for myself, I concluded that the Masters are not just amateurs, but people engaged in fraud! Why change the price if you can just wait for a "convenient" client and dilute it to 1k???
The conclusion is one: In the Master - not a foot! Even I decided not to view the site for myself, knowing that in practice everything will turn out quite differently (((
For those who doubt the veracity of the review: try ordering a bike through the website at an online price! You just won't get a call back from the store. Or they will call back and say that the price has increased!
A good store bought 3 bicycles there and a bicycle-a child's chair. I am happy with everything, the price turned out to be less in the store than on the website! Today I want to buy another bike for my child, I've grown up, I'll go bargain, then I'll unsubscribe.
