I visited other stores of the same chain before this one, but I was disappointed in this store. In Zaslavl, Minsk, Berezino, there is a much larger selection of goods everywhere. Plumbing is not enough, hardware is wonderful, and I am generally silent about furniture fittings (in particular hooks, hinges).

Disgusting attitude towards customers. This is not the first situation that has happened. But the most annoying thing was the current situation. We ordered the product in installments, it has already been issued. The order is made for my brother, the installment plan is made for me. We came today to pick up the order with two passports, because my brother went to another country for work. What do you think, they didn't give the goods away, they said "the one who ordered will return, then I will give it back" turned around and left. This has never happened anywhere, it was always possible to pick up the goods without any problems, even without providing documents, and then they came with two passports, explained that their brother was on a business trip, here are the passports to prove it and get such a boorish answer, turned around and left. At least it was possible to explain the reason for the failure normally. The product was bought for a holiday and now it is spoiled by the lack of a gift. The store may be good, but the employee is a cad!
