Recently I started visiting the Masson massage salon. I want to share my impressions. I would like to immediately mention the work of two massage specialists - Julia and Eugene. Julia is an absolutely wonderful master of her craft. He always carefully examines all areas of the body, notes those places where there are problems and advises how to fix the situation. Evgeny is absolutely good at his job. Attentive and caring, he will listen to you, ask about your well-being before and after the procedure, and will do everything so that after the massage, you feel lightness and energy throughout your body. The studio is very cozy. The inviting atmosphere, stylish interior, tasteful accessories, calm music create the impression of a peaceful oasis in a bustling world and give unforgettable moments of relaxation.

Today I had a massage with master Julia.I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked the atmosphere, the comfort and the atmosphere in the cabin. How aesthetically pleasing everything is, clean and tidy. I would like to express special thanks to Julia (for working out the areas that I requested and to the administrator Olga , for the courteous service, and answers to all my questions. I will be happy to come to you again, just not for one visit, but for a subscription.
Unfortunately, my review will not be about the quality of the massage, although I am sure that it is at the highest level here. I would like to share my experience of communicating with the administration and management of the salon.
I bought a gift certificate for my wife at this salon, but unfortunately we moved to another city and she couldn't use it. Already from another city, I contacted the salon to refund the money for the unused certificate.
The salon administrator listened to me carefully, clarified all the details of the certificate and promised to call me back after consulting with the head. In the future, communication about the return has already been with the owner of the salon Tatiana.
Tatiana told me in great detail and politely about the refund procedure, what steps need to be taken and why, and how long it will take. She was always in touch and showed a sincere interest in helping me.
The best way to get a refund was to come in person and attach the card to the terminal. Having decided to finish the rest of my business in Minsk, on Friday evening I decided to go there for the weekend. On Saturday afternoon, I informed Tatiana that I was in Minsk and was leaving on Sunday morning. She arrived at the salon on Sunday morning to make a refund. THANKS a LOT to her for this!!!
Unfortunately, the refund could not be made that day due to the "wonderful" service of my bank. But even after that, we easily agreed with Tatiana and found a solution to this problem!
After the entire refund procedure, Tatiana's words that we value our customers very much are perceived as the ABSOLUTE TRUTH!!! Thank you very much, good luck and prosperity! I hope someday I will be able to come to you for a massage.
