A good economy class hotel. We took it with breakfast: very limited choice, the same thing every day. There is a chance to lose weight! :-))
The rooms are clean. On the rooftop with a swimming pool, you can swim, have lunch/dinner, enjoying the views of the coast.

We spent one day three years ago at the end of December, and even then by accident. And it turned out that after a week's rest in another hotel and after an hour-long delay of the plane, we were brought to this hotel. Moreover, we were unlucky with the room and we were first placed in a room in which no one had lived for a long time (there was a smell of mustiness and lack of grooming). I insisted on changing the room, even though we were assured that there were no available rooms. The hotel itself is for three, but the sea is nearby, there is a rooftop pool with sun beds and a bar, and table tennis. Well, the rooms reminded me of a communal apartment. Cleanliness is far from normal, service is below average, wi-fi is only available at the reception. Resume-for a day or two- it is possible, no more.
Despite the fact that the router was hanging in the corridor of the 3rd floor above the entrance to my room, there was no Internet. I've been dealing with the problem at the reception for 5 days. First, they sent a teenager who clicked three light switches in the common corridor to reboot the router - it did not help. After that, I lifted him up and he rebooted the router in a human way, i.e. off-on power supply on the case. It didn't help either. Later, when I went into the router settings, I saw that it was working in repeater mode, but I did not dig into the crooked settings. Later, I tried a couple more times to invite the sysadmin, who is outsourced at the hotel, but in response there were grins and "blah blah blah". As a result, I used the Internet, going out on the roof of the hotel or in the lobby.
No one swims in the pool. The water is cold, but they can heat it for extra money. In the same place, coffee can be made by the pool for 2 dinars. But on the street, to the right of the exit, there is excellent coffee for only 50 piastres (ask about it, say hello!))).
Get ready for the fact that you have to beg for toilet paper, a hair dryer, glasses (there are none, but there is a kettle), etc. There are no chairs in the room, and there is also a table. It will be replaced by a mini cooler. There is only one towel per person in the room. They, like the bed, were not changed once in 8 days, the garbage was not taken out, the room was not cleaned. If you make a polite request about it, then how lucky you will be. But they will start greeting through their teeth, or they will turn away altogether. The night light was without a plug. If you like dim lights in the evening, then be careful when plugging bare wires into an outlet. By the way, there are three types of them in the room and not all are suitable even for the hotel's electrical appliances. The view from the window was of a wasteland littered with scrap metal and empty plastic containers.
The breakfast is poor. Despite the fact that Aqaba is located in Sinai, like Sharm El Sheikh, fruits are not included in the menu. and street layouts do not abound with them. If you still decide to go on a trip, take a ticket without dinner, so as not to choke on cold chicken. The trip will also turn you away from boiled eggs for a long time.
One could find solace in a beach holiday, but there the sand is granite chips in equal proportion with cigarette butts and various husks (seeds, nuts) left by the aborigines. They are cleaned up on the beach, but only what is bigger than a crumpled pack of cigarettes. You can still get used to the sand, but no one can get used to the fact that men of all ages come, sit down nearby and begin to openly take pictures of the bodies of European women in swimsuits. The palefaces huddle together, but the Arabs crowd them anyway. Personally, I chased a couple away: the first one sat down uninvited on my mat when I was swimming. The second one lay down with his back on the beach bag. Right next to her, a woman was indignant that a third stood on her flip-flops and crushed her feet (I myself was restrained, and she called the offender a brute)) . A day later, I was forced to contact a beach policeman due to the fact that a small swimming area is surrounded by floats, but this does not prevent the locals from placing catamarans and motorboats in it. I was angry when they started the engine on the boat and started shouting at my compatriot who was floating next to me about 6 years old. He started to sail away, but there a couple of locals on a catamaran yelled at him and waved their hands. This has already prompted the mother to rush to the child's aid, pick him up and carry him ashore. The policeman, smiling, said in English that there was nothing dangerous...
This is the country of the Jordanians and it's not for me to set the rules there, but I don't set foot there anymore. I don't think the tourism business will be able to flourish there. There are only two of the excursions (Petra, Wadi Rum) and at fabulous prices, despite widespread statements: "Are you from Russia? I have a special price for you!" After that, for 7 dinars (700 rubles), they can take you on an old boat with a transparent bottom 25 meters from the shore to admire a three-meter deep))) I took a mask and a snorkel with an abundance, swam there in 30 seconds - there is absolutely nothing to see. There are very few corals and fish (in number and species) and they are all faded.
P.S. I did not tell everything that angered. I wrote a review at the suggestion of Yandex, a week after my return, so I forgot a lot, but I definitely recommend choosing another country for a vacation. Do not think that inconveniences will pass you by.
The hotel is after renovation , it seems .but there are no comfortable chairs, no table.they are practically not cleaned very dirty .Everything needs to be begged for.I've never seen a poorer breakfast, at least milk could be added to the menu. The view is beautiful on the roof, but the roof itself is a real dump.Hand on heart, I say it's true .You need to ask to clean the room .You need to ask for toilet paper , you need to ask for towels .That 's just the elevator and it 's beautiful , that's the only thing that keeps it clean .I haven 't unpacked the suitcase , there 's no place to hang it .The staff is smiling and that's all.The main thing for the guide is to sell the tour . He doesn 't want to answer any other questions .Otherwise, think about it , it 's worth settling in here .Bed linen is a separate topic, it's trash simple.I bought cheap linen and made a bed, or I got such linen twice, I asked to change it and everything is the same.In short, the weather is good, the sun is the sea, but not this hotel.
A new hotel, in a newly built modern area, with a wonderful terrace with a rooftop pool. The rooms are large, with lots of beds (they don't move in if you two are relaxing there)))). The staff is not well-trained yet (an early breakfast, despite all the assurances and promises, did not work out once)))
The hotel is small and cozy! The rooms are large, equipped with everything you need - you can take a hairdryer at the reception as well as a kettle! Breakfast and dinner are quite acceptable! The staff is friendly! The hotel is located in the city center very conveniently - I would like to come back again!
A terrible hotel that stands on a construction site.It was located from 12.12.2019. to 19.12.2019.the room was not cleaned, the garbage was not taken out, there was no shampoo and soap, towels were not changed, the TV and air conditioning did not work, there were no blankets, only a synth.cover.Breakfasts are meager, dinner was brought to the reservoir.a box with a layer.with a fork.Dinner: rice and chicken, once they brought French fries and water. The staff does not know the Russian language, they ate on the bed..because there is no table and chair in the room. When you turn on the shower, the water flows into the room.To go out in the evening, it's scary:It's dark, there's a pack of dogs running around, but you have to go decently to the city. The guide Faris-TUI ignored all requests.I wrote a complaint about TUI.And of course, the "cherry on the cake" is the delay of the flight on 19.12. when the entire plane was unloaded back to our hotel. And then everyone appreciated their own..because they compared it with this hotel..All..everyone was horrified, the dining room is small, at the top of the 7th floor.an open area.it's cold because they were fed after 21h..They were evicted from the room.On 12/20/2019, at 11.30a.m.-and we sat where we could until 15.30p.m.-we bought water ourselves.Guide Faris did not voice any information.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.
The breakfasts are of the same type (tea, tortillas, soy sausage, cheese, beans, cucumbers, eggs, tomatoes and their signature sour cream with salt and olive oil).
The room is dirty, there is no table, chairs, only bedside tables. Except for the door, there is nowhere else to put clothes and towels to dry. The shower area is not equipped with curtains, as a result, during the shower, the entire bathroom floor is filled with water. In the bathroom itself, there are no shelves, toothbrush cups, no hooks for clothes / towels, etc., there is no soap dish, the drain in the floor does not work well due to the insufficient slope of the floor (I had to manually drive water there).
There were not enough towels, I had to ask at the reception. However, the electric kettle was also requested there at the reception. By the way, there were no dishes in the room either.
The water in the toilet was flushed badly, because initially some smart guy, apparently, during the repair process decided to drain gypsum or tile grout or something like that into it.
Also, initially I had to ask for a duvet cover at the reception.
The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan.
As a result: a 3-star hotel draws a maximum of 1 star.
I hope that the reason for these remarks is the banal ongoing renovation of the hotel, and the owners will soon correct themselves.
However, strangely enough, I remember my stay at this hotel with a smile. Maybe I'm just an unpretentious tourist =)
The room was dirty when checking in. The TV was not working in the room, there were no water glasses and a kettle, there was no Internet in the room. The plumbing is old, the smell of sewage from the shower, there is no toilet brush, shampoo too. The breakfast is of the same type and very poor, we didn't even go. The administration did not respond to all our requests. The bed linen is old. Cleaning is done on request, but this is just for show.
The breakfasts are very meager. There are no chairs in the room. Bedside tables, tables. . All the hooks in the bathroom are off. Liquid soap does not work. The water does not drain after the shower. There is not a single TV channel in Russian. There is only one markup for Russian forks
Terrible hotel.. we were here for a day because of the flight delay..
The worst hotel I've ever been to!
there is no food, the rooms are dirty, dilapidated..
It's a pity that you can't add photos of this nightmare..
if anyone is interested, I can send it by e-mail or whatsapp
It doesn't pull in three stars, not even two. You can't get a towel, let alone something else. There's just nothing to eat, and it's the same every day, it's good if you got a cupcake for tea, but the tea itself is just urine.
The hotel sucks. The rooms are dirty.Towels and bed linen are dirty. There is no service as such. The food is monotonous and meager 2-3 meals per stay. The horror is not only nocturnal, but also daytime.
