Today, walking along the passage, I decided to go in. I was pleasantly surprised - everything is clean and very cozy (usually it is not very pleasant in establishments in the passages). The pancakes were very tasty and the service was top notch. The girls were smiling, told about the fillings, helped to decide. They offer additional ingredients. There is no intrusive service as in other places, everything that was offered was in place. I will definitely come again.

Walking in the evening, we accidentally stumbled upon this secret place in the subway passage. We have never been online at this institution before, and I decided to try it.
We ordered cocoa, raf and two pancakes (with ham and cheese and chocolate). The prices were lower than expected, and the quality was at the same level. The wait did not exceed 10 minutes for everything, and it was served in a beautiful paper wrapper (thick paper is a good solution), and in beautiful glasses. There were no questions about the taste and filling, they were imposed from the heart, after the sweet pancakes, I did not feel the taste of rafa unfortunately (because of the sweetness of the filling), but it feels good. I liked the bonus (from 15p extrapancake).
The most important thing I liked was the atmosphere. A bright, fairly spacious place, does not smell bad, is not cold.
I definitely recommend it.

Delicious pancakes! A wide variety of fillings. Especially hearty ones. I wish there were more sweets) There are also hot dogs. Coffee, tea, seasonal drinks. Beer and alcohol are also available. A cozy place, even in the subway passage! The staff is polite, everything is prepared very quickly.

I write a review only for hot dogs, I have not tried pancakes.
Hot dogs are common. It tastes a little bland, but it will go on an empty stomach or have a snack. The bun is soft, it will not suit lovers of a bun with a crust. The sauce is poured unevenly, the sausage is delicious. The photo does not quite match the stated one.
The staff is polite, they even offered a second tray to eat comfortably, which is very nice!
The interior is nice, everything is clean!

The pleasant impression of the girl at the checkout was interrupted by the unpleasant one from the girl in the kitchen.
I ordered a pancake and asked to make it without cucumbers. While I was waiting, the girl from the kitchen said, "I accidentally added cucumbers, are we leaving?" To which I said no. The answer further killed "And what will happen?"
Thanks for the rudeness! I hope you've redone the pancake, and not just taken cucumbers out of it!

The pancakes are delicious, but the staff service is just terrible. We came at 10.10 to wash the cafe and said that they would still be closed for 40 minutes. Despite the fact that the cafe is open from 10.00.
A couple of days later they came, the employee arrogantly and displeased from the doorway said that there was no cook and she didn't even have the dough ready yet.. I think this attitude towards the client is terrible. Two stars for pancakes only, 0 stars for employees...

The most important minus for me is the relationship of employees. I understand that according to the company's policy, I did the wrong thing by coming with a drink from another institution, but the intonation with which I was informed about it was extremely rare and unpleasant. Employees do not greet or say goodbye to any client, in short, you will not hear a kind word here. And most importantly, what I didn't like the most was that the employees allow themselves to swear at the workplace, given that the main part of the kitchen is close to the hall, it is extremely unpleasant to hear loud matyuki🙂
It is for these reasons that I will not return to this institution anymore) It is a pity that a good institution suffers due to improper recruitment. Have a good time of day!

A very cool place! I like 33 pancakes and 47 with condensed milk and nuts. I can never deny myself when I pass by 😊 The pancakes are large, not thin, there is a lot of filling, there is also a selection of seasonal teas, coffee, alcohol. For a snack or just cozy gatherings over coffee - just perfect.

The second time I was on shift with two young girls. The first time the service was "arrogant" to say the least. The second time, not only did the girl who actually cooked the pancakes not shut her mouth, which made me wait longer for my order, but also as a nice bonus, two stumps of salami were thrown into the pancake (as dogs usually cut huge chunks).
