I didn't have time to book, and from the threshold the attitude is already bad, no manners of communication with guests and zero knowledge about the standards of hospitality. The price is reasonable, the rooms are not bad. I had to book only out of desperation. Upd: I left 30 minutes after check-in and the reason was poor room cleaning, to hold my hand in open places - the whole palm is covered in dust. The kettle was not emptied and washed from previous guests, the carpet (or carpet) is all stained, it's disgusting to look at. The beds are very hard, apparently without a mattress (I did not open the blanket, I did not want to leave traces of "living" to which they could get to the bottom during eviction. The most interesting thing is that when I demanded a refund, one of the administrators was outraged, the second one said to give the money and he agreed, went to collect things and loaded them into a taxi. The administrator threw money like a bone to a dog, I didn't pay attention to it, but then he started provoking me with words why I have such a face and whether I have problems, I wished them good luck and left. It's amazing how people in the service sector come into conflict with guests who did not say a single superfluous word and did not become capricious with discounts and shifts and politely demanded a refund.

At the moment, on 05.11.2022, the most affordable (acceptable) hotel in the capital of Uzbekistan, according to pricing policy. It was always possible to arrange payment with the staff a little later, and they also gave a discount. The location is great, you can relax in the attic and watch football from the window. We have not tried the kitchen, the room has a kettle, refrigerator and coffee maker. And there is also no TV, but only if you know the official language). The most common problem that has not passed this institution by the side is WiFi! Intermittently, this is especially felt by those who are remote, they often fondly remember that everything is not so bad at home. One thing is not clear, on certain resources you download a 2 gigabyte movie in 6-10 minutes, and on other government services. But this is not an accusation towards this, this is the problem of all the people who had to meet there.
