Budget hotel. Yes, very modestly. But it's clean. Advantages: the center of Yerevan, where the streets and establishments for guests of Armenia are located, is clean, there is a hairdryer), friendly staff. I didn't find any disadvantages for that kind of money (but the toilet covers could have been changed)) For tourists, there is an opportunity to comfortably sleep and wash up. Special respect to Armen! A really friendly and good employee, always ready to help. It seems that if you want to return to this hotel, it's only thanks to Armen) Good luck and prosperity to all!

This is the second time in Yerevan and the second time we are staying here. I really like it, it's cozy and comfortable. We only come to spend the night at the hotel, there are comfortable beds, hot water is the most important thing for me))) . And the most important thing is the location, you can't think of a better one. It's just that everything is nearby. The breakfasts are good and satisfying.

A small cozy hotel in the city center. Since the hotel itself is located in the courtyard, the noise of the street is not audible. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious, but not a buffet (if you are one of those tourists who need all the products from the buffet and twice more, then there is no such thing; everything is portioned and there is enough of everything).
