A wonderful store, a large selection of flowers, packages, bouquets ready. It can be assembled to order at a pleasant price. I was on Saturday, 04/19, picking a bouquet for my grandmother, had a nice chat with the seller, took into account the wishes. Grandma is pleased, the bouquet is wonderful

On March 8th, I bought flowers in this store. the florist recommended taking closed lilies. I thought that even if a few of the lower flowers bloomed, it would be great.
I was INCREDIBLY surprised that after 5 days the lilies are still strong and every bud has opened. the bouquet became very lush. This is the first time I've seen this. (the photo shows a bouquet on the 4th and 5th day).magnificent flowers. thanks a lot to the florist. For flowers only to you

Disgusting flowers, just awful, the guy bought them on February 14 at about 12 p.m., the stems were cut off properly, there was a lot of water in the vase, they were standing in a cool place, on the morning of February 15, around 10-11 a.m., they were already in such a state (as in the photo), I'm just shocked. It's such a shame. Put the money in the trash!!! The flowers haven't even been standing for a day, but they've already wilted.

Great flower shop! I took flowers to the girl on February 14th, they were very pleased, they are still as new. The staff made sure that they did not freeze outside in the cold and offered to wrap the flowers well. I am satisfied!

I bought a bouquet, it turned out to be in terrible condition the next morning it wilted all bent over the quality of the flowers is terrible, I understand that this is your money to profit from customers by selling bad flowers that they give to loved ones, it's just Terrible, would you be pleased if the bouquet went to the trash the next day?

The service is disgusting, they absolutely do not know how to work with customer objections.
My husband bought flowers, and after an hour the flowers became unpresentable, the leaves wilted, or were already frozen, or stale.
They collect absolutely tasteless compositions.
The management does not make any compromises to resolve such issues.
