We were here on vacation, we liked the hotel. The service for 4* is very good!!! A relaxing family vacation. The territory is beautiful and well maintained.
There is a bus to the sea, but we walked, 5-7 minutes, to walk and see the surroundings. Two pools, one of them for small children. The kitchen is good, the layout is beautiful, the assortment is not bad. Lots of fruits and sweets. Every day for dinner, the evening's dish is grilled, by the pool, fish, meat, everything is delicious. A big plus is the beach bar, if you want to spend a day at the sea, then you can have lunch at the bar, food and drinks in the assortment.
But for some reason, the children's club did not work, but every evening the animator girl danced with the children in the backyard in the amphitheater
In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel!

If you come earlier, there is a choice, later there will be something, for example fish.
The rooms on the 4th floor are small with a sloping roof. I was 185 cm uncomfortable there. After 3 days, I knocked out a room on the 2nd floor, it's good there.

The area is green, pleasant, a good shuttle takes you to the beach. The beach is big, there are enough sunbeds. To the left of the boats there is a beautiful entrance without slabs. We don't go to the pool, but all the places there have been occupied since the evening by Europeans. The food is great, you can't stay hungry. Turkey, chicken, several types of fish (even a big red one, like pink salmon). Watermelons, melons, apples, grapes, plums; cherries are the most normal of the listed. Alcohol: vodka, raki, gin, tequila, rum, whiskey, Baileys, red white wine. The rooms are clean, a little tired, but quite clean, tidy. There are no sea views. You'll be lucky if the balcony doesn't face the pool. We rested here in June 2024. I liked the food. The room was tiny under the roof in the building where there was a restaurant. Everything worked in the room. There was a good free Wi-Fi at the hotel. Food for Turkish 4-ki - 4+! Reception 4. Beach - if to the left for sea entertainment 5++.The staff is 4+. Location, I saw the 3rd line somewhere, actually 6-10 min walk (much faster and closer than some 2nd lines)! Rooms according to furniture and interior 3+ , cleaning,water every day, bed linen every 3 days, as we noticed, towels are changed probably 4, cleanliness (beach 4+, territory 4+, restaurant 4 ( dishes 3-, probably like in many Turkish hotels), bed linen, towels 5). With children....if you came here for the sake of the sea, there is just a steep entrance to the left of the sea entertainment, a gentle, sandy slope! The 3+ pools are not big, but there are just a lot of people, I don't know the water, we didn't swim.
The overall score is exactly 4+ if you don't go for the rooms and the pool.

Vacationed with my husband from 14.05.23 for a week at this hotel. We were very satisfied. I will not describe everything in detail. But the rest left the most pleasant impressions. Food for 5, delicious variety, fish for lunch and dinner, delicious lunches at the beach bar. There have never been such people in 25 years of rest, especially in 4*. Undiluted alcohol, friendly staff. No inattention or disregard for the Russians !! There were few of us in the hotel, mostly Poles and Germans. I won't say anything about animation, I wasn't particularly interested, but it was somehow not particularly noticeable, which we really liked, there were few children in the hotel during this period. The rooms are decent, there is cleaning every day, the windows of our room overlooked the pool, and it was wonderful, since the location of all buildings is around the hotel. The road to the sea is a pleasure, we walked, for us this is a great opportunity to move around, passing through the park, you can take great photos. Another feature of this hotel is that every evening the owner of the hotel dined in the restaurant, a very friendly and pleasant person in all respects. And his two funny little dogs always accompanied him. You know, it's fascinating. Excursions were taken at an agency near the hotel, walking around the village in the evening or riding around it.Shops, Migros, all side by side. The only thing that overshadowed a little was that the entry into the sea was not quite smooth, counting on sand, you get on sharp rocks, keep to the right and everything will be fine. We had a rest from May 4 to May 10, 2023. I really liked the hotel.
A large selection of food: vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, side dish to choose from. There are a lot of sweets, but I don't eat them. Personally, I was satisfied with everything. I liked the cocktails on the bar, too, not diluted to the state of water. The staff is 5+. The waiters are smart. They asked if they needed something and brought drinks themselves, which is very pleasant.
There were no queues for food.
I was very pleased that there is a beach bar with free drinks. There were enough sun beds for everyone, there were no problems.
The territory of the hotel is well maintained. 2 swimming pools. The animation is a C, but perhaps this is due to the fact that the season has just begun.
The convenient location of the hotel. We walked to the sea - about 5 minutes. We went to the center of Side by bus - about 20 minutes. Stop near the hotel.
One of the disadvantages is the old room stock. Renovation is needed. But I won't even lower the star for this, we only spent the night in the room, and then not for long. There were no problems with the water in the shower and in the faucet. Everything worked without interruption. I also liked that 2 bottles of mineral water were added to the refrigerator every day. Cleaning was also done every day.
And a huge plus is that the Internet is available throughout the hotel

I visited this hotel from April 27 to May 4. The most unpleasant vacation since 2008, those for 16 years! The main negative: to charge the phone, you had to sit in the room for extra time, because the electric power was turned off immediately after leaving the room (which no one warned about!) The safe in the room with the All-inclusive system was for an additional fee - I have never seen such a thing anywhere!!! It was useless to turn on the icons on the scoreboard near the room "Do not disturb" and "Clean the room", because both technicians and some repairmen knocked /broke in there at any time (to fix the hole above the front door) When I asked NOT to DISTURB, they came in perfectly and did their business in my absence! When checking into the room, it was very dirty: there was dust everywhere, and on the balcony there was even a trace of a bird "to the money" - it was clear that no one was particularly expecting guests, so they did not do cleaning. Except for the dispenser with soap (gel?) there were no small shampoos/rinses, pastes, etc., usual IN ALL HOTELS IN OTHER COUNTRIES, on the wall of the shower cabin. A fixed tour guide/guide named Nasyr repeatedly deceived when arranging an excursion to Istanbul; and even there, the guide Aycha generally exceeded all possible boundaries in terms of disorganization and greed. There was a nice masseuse girl in the hotel's hammam and a rude, boorish male employee. Other vacationers and I concluded that almost all the receiving staff is very greedy, selfish and cunning. To top off all the negative impressions, the food in the restaurant was TASTELESS: too peppery /salty/ dry. In addition, it was necessary to go to the sea by minibus / shuttle, although the Pegasus agency, where I unwisely took the ill-fated ticket, assured me: 5 minutes walk to the sea! In general, there is a complete deception around; I DO NOT RECOMMEND this agency, the ORPHEUS hotel, or such a "vacation" to ANYONE: almost 100 tons in 7 days!👎😖 PS. And another nuance on the topic of attitude towards guests: my daughter from the USA ordered flowers in my room - they were brought, but they did not think for a second: where can I put the bouquet?!? The only containers in the room were a kettle and 2 paper cups. I had to use a trash can (fortunately it was not wicker!) We rested from 03 to 11 May 2023. The hotel left mixed impressions. I'll start with the pros: excellent, varied food and a selection of drinks, polite staff, cozy small area.
Cons: the rooms require renovation, as blankets are hard, scary bedspreads and waffle sheets. The animation is very weak (during the day they offer to play volleyball on the beach, and in the evening a small disco in the restaurant, although the hotel has a separate designated place for events). Guests live on the territory of the hotel, in the form of cats. The workers don't care about them, everyone is not sterilized, with purulent discharge, hungry people go to the restaurant.One of the cats went pregnant, gave birth to dead kittens under the balcony, had to go to the reception and ask them to remove them. I do not understand why it is impossible to allocate a separate place on the territory of the hotel for feeding cats and at least taking care of them.

We visited this hotel in June 2024. We arrived at the hotel at 5 a.m., we were not checked in immediately, but earlier than 14:00, we were offered to pay extra to go to the room earlier, since we were with an infant, but we were refused. I got the number in one word - not very much. A broken soap dispenser, a stool with one leg, shabby furniture, a clothes dryer is broken on the balcony and there is one chair. After my request for a prescription, the replacement of the number was refused. Cleanliness and Orpheus Park are incomparable things. On the first day, I washed the floor in the room myself and was in wild horror, they probably didn't wash it at all before me. On the first day, there was chicken gravy and chicken liver for lunch, the reviews about the variety of food are probably fictional (so we thought in the first days), then there was more food, but you can't bring extra pounds, so to speak, the sea is close, we always walked. There are a lot of people by the pool, you need to take a sunbed at 6-7 in the morning. The sea is excellent , the sand is fine, there are enough sun beds. There is a classic Turkish bar on the beach - beer and paper cutlets, but there are also fish and a lot of vegetables. The animation is weak, but there is also a contingent there that does not need it. In general, the hotel is not bad, but do not expect frills, so to speak.

We have been vacationing in this hotel for more than one year. A wide range of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Normal local alcohol, and beer. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning, good sound insulation of the walls. Its own beach, 7-8 minutes on foot, and there is also a shuttle service every half hour there and back. Beautiful green area, large and clean swimming pool with sun loungers. There is a bar on the beach from 10 to 18, beer,coffee,tea, water, and alcohol, the bartender makes 4 types of cocktails. From 12 to 13-30, you can have lunch right there. There is a girl who does gyuzleme during the day. They also make very tasty fruit smoothies for 3 euros ($3).

This is our first hotel in Turkey. What can I say?
1. There are no questions about food. Everything is very tasty, a lot, desserts are also incredibly beautiful!
2. The room is normal, there is a kettle, air conditioning, TV.
3. There is no animation. Every evening, the only entertainment is drinking. And if you don't do that, it will be very boring. From the word at all.
4. The staff is polite in the main, but, of course, not without exceptions. There was Olga at the reception, who answered all the questions in a way that made it even more unclear. And when they tried to clarify, she rolled her eyes and continued the dialogue with a tone of mild rudeness.
5. Cleaning is NOT every day, no matter how you are assured. Moreover, I was given someone else's sheet to cover myself with traces of blood. A clean foot towel was not given, but simply turned over the other side.
6. There are excursions. We were, however, only on one. Everything is fine: they took it away, conducted the program, and brought it.
7. 7 minutes walk to the sea, markets and shops, as well as local taxi stops are also nearby.
8. But eviction is a separate song. The room should be vacated at 12.00. But since flights are most often in the evening, or even at night, you can extend the room rental. You need to come up 3-4 days before the end of your vacation and ask the reception to let you stay a little longer. That's what we did. On June 9, they came up, asked to extend the lease, the answer was positive (on June 12, come up and everything will be fine). On June 12th, at 8 a.m., I went to the reception. Refusal. When I said that I was coming up, they said it was possible, they replied that this could not be. Pay 150 euros and rent another room (suite). And the extension of my room cost 40 euros. Is there a good difference? As a result, from 12.00 on June 12 to 01.40 on June 13, I was outside with my child at 32 °. The hotel guide also did not help in any way. Although previously such issues were within his competence. The most annoying thing is that the flight was originally supposed to be at 21.10, but it was postponed for 4 hours.
That's the attitude. And what if you came up in advance, what was promised? In a foreign country, do what you want with a child, but release the room (even with our promise to extend it).
The last day ruined the whole impression.

There is no food, at the beginning of breakfast, the sliced vegetables are already running out and no one is in a hurry to chop.Today I sliced a watermelon myself, as the child eats only watermelon and bread in hotels in Turkey!!!There is one plus here-near the sea!!!!, but the beach is dirty, there are plates in the sea, we go swimming a little to the left-the entrance from the Sural hotel.There is a dining room on the beach, I do not advise eating there, in the morning in the heat the food is not in the refrigerators. The rooms are very small. Raw. There are a lot of mosquitoes . Take the fumigator! Instead of blankets, there are large waffle sheets. They are unpleasant to the body, especially if you are burned in the sun. Creepy brown blankets are attached to the waffle sheets. Honestly, they are very scary and look like they are from a garbage dump. The room is quite dark. The air conditioner was working properly, quietly. The TV didn't work and the reception didn't help us.
There are no signs in the room. Do not disturb " because the staff breaks into the room even if you are asleep and starts doing something. You ask them to leave the room, but they don't care. At the same time, you can stay in the room in your underpants, or change clothes, the staff still comes in. It happened 3 times!
The room was cleaned well, but we always left a tip
Music is blaring by the pool until 2 am. Take the numbers to the other side. You can also hear it on the other side, but less.
The heated pool did not work, although it was cold.
The animation is very weak.
The food in the restaurant is varied. In the morning, freshly squeezed juice is given. From the grill: chicken, liver, turkey, fish. They didn't give us seafood. In the morning they give delicious pastries

Very nice hotel! Solid 4*!!! There are no complaints about food and drinks, variety every day, a large swimming pool, cleanliness, change of towels and room cleaning daily. The beach is 7 minutes away at a leisurely pace, there are always free sun beds, you can have lunch on the beach, Wi-Fi at the reception and restaurant. Nice polite staff. The hotel as a whole is not very bad, for its solid 4*, it certainly does not reach 5*, but the hotel does not declare itself as a top five.
I'll start from the beginning: we settled in as soon as we arrived, there were no complaints about the transfer.
The room is clean and new, the tour operator announced a room without a balcony, but we were given a balcony, without additional payment by default (which is very nice).
Beach: I really liked it, sandy beach, clear sea, there are enough sun loungers and drinks on the beach as much as you want.On the left is a beach with rocks, you can swim with a mask, on the left is perfectly clean sand (who likes what more).
Food: in general, very good, meat was constantly in large quantities (mainly chicken) and fish (once even trout), sometimes lamb was given, there was always a grill for dinner and lunch, but after a week we got a little tired of Turkish dishes, the cuisine is without frills, but everyone will find their own to taste.
The staff is polite, there were no incidents.
The contingent of vacationers: mostly Germans and Europeans.
The only thing I DIDN't like was that on the day of departure (departure at 21:20 was) they were evicted at 12 and didn't even offer to stay in the room for an additional fee, because in total we lost one day of an expensively paid vacation.
Therefore, choose departure options with the tour operator so that you do not waste precious days and time waiting or driving to the hotel, as we did.

There is no cleaning, towels are dragged from one room to another (dirty) tips are taken by the cleaners, but they do not clean up. Restaurant : the food is bad, there is nothing to eat except French fries, that's the truth of fruit in excess, alcohol is poured with a thimble (I mean cancer, my husband ran one day and stopped everything), tired on the beach bar is generally a separate story, unsanitary. I tried not to eat tai. I will write a lot. We visited the hotel twice with children, October 22 and May 23. The concept of the hotel has changed since last year. The vending machines for self-service drinks, cola or beer have been removed, night soup is now just soup. Salads were also offered earlier.
Now about the hotel. There are pros and cons. I rate the hotel as a 3* since, like many pseudo-fives, it is clearly overrated and is a European three-star. The hotel's guests are mostly Poles, then Germans and Russians. The audience is something else. Full plates, the battle for strawberries, the queue for kebabs and drinking from morning to late at night is about them, our Tagil is resting. Plus, everyone smokes everywhere, on the beach and the most annoying thing on the veranda is that in any weather you have to eat in a restaurant, unless of course you want to sit in the fog. The food here corresponds to the level, there is a lot of it, it is delicious, fish, meat salads, fruits, delicious desserts, honey in honeycombs. Not a bad coffee, especially at the reception. Gozleme is not very good, and an eternally unhappy girl does it. Unlike all the waiters and bartenders, the guys are always positive, the staff is very good! Minus the restaurant, the plates are almost at the bottom of the floor, hello to the germs from the shoes. The forks are not closed on the tables.
The number of rooms is 3* at most. The rooms are small and in need of renovation. The bathtub is not designed comfortably, it is cramped. Room cleaning is for show, tips do not affect. Ants are present. For 12 nights, the bed has not been changed once. They wipe the floors, but you can't walk in white socks. The sound insulation is normal, you can't hear the neighbors.
This year, on the way to the beach, the renovation of the sural sarai hotel began, adds noise and dust, it's not very hot to go, it's better to take the shuttle bus.
Plus, the hotel has its location, there are no analogues in this area of Konakli at such a price! Therefore, we have to put up with these disadvantages mainly concerning the rooms. Good staff, and the food plus the location on the coast with a wide long beach plus a huge promenade along the sea clearly outweigh.

The hotel left a good impression. October 5-14, 2022. Russian speakers at the reception. There are a lot of cats and kittens in the dining room, they are quite clean. There are many Russians, Germans, Poles. The rooms in the buildings around the pool area are clean, cleaned at least every day (you leave a piece of paper on the handle). The windows are either into the courtyard where there is movement, or outside (we had greenery, silence - except for the roosters screaming in the morning somewhere in the distance))) The safe is 2 dollars/day. Beach towels are free for three, you can change them for fresh ones every day. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea, there is often a minibus. Its own sandy beach with sun beds, comfortable canopies for those who love shade. A volleyball court and a game of marbles for pensioners, which I did not try to comprehend. The beach bar starts at 10:00. Water in transparent 0.3 l tetrapacks (the child appreciated). Juices from the vending machine are powdered. The coffee from the vending machine is really good, it will pull in the morning. Breakfast at the hotel from 7:30 , lunch from 12:00 to 14:00, ice cream from 15:00 to 16:00, dinner from 18:30 to 21:00. Another evening soup at 23:30 (haven't tried it)). The food is delicious, the choice is large, but I would like more meat - too much liver, the restaurant is clean, the kitchen is 5 *. They bake local tortillas + pizza. Alcohol is everywhere - beer, strong, two dry wines - white / red, cocktails are made in the evening. There are two swimming pools on the territory of the hotel, one of them with two slides - they did not swim there. For kids, there is a swimming pool (knee-deep water, a canopy from the sun) and a playground (it was only seen empty in the evening, because the SEA is all day). There is no animation, but there are many couples with children. 10 minutes from the hotel there is a market (knitwear, souvenirs), we did not go to the city. A shop in the hotel itself with souvenirs and clothes. Payment in lira/dollars.

A nice 4* hotel, with good food. 5-10 min walk to the beach (depends on walking speed). There is also a minibus from the hotel to the beach and back every 30 minutes. There is fine fine sand on the beach. The entrance to the sea is smooth, without a break.

The staff is friendly, they try to solve the problem right away. Internet at the reception is free. The food is on the level, drinks too, including tea and coffee. According to the experience of visiting Ares Blue Hotel, I took with me two or Five lakes of 0.7 liters each. They didn't come in handy. There is a bus service to the beach (200 meters). There is a bar on the beach, with lunch. They try to keep order, clean up, arrange chaise lounges. The paths are being swept. The rooms are clean, towels and bed linen are changed as expected. We returned from vacation today, so I am writing a review on fresh tracks. We liked everything! When choosing a hotel, the main parameters were the beach, the sea and food. And with these items, everything was really great.
The room was cleaned daily, there were even plenty of towels))) We took our own cosmetics, we didn't use the hotel ones. Bottled water was always replenished during cleaning.
Perhaps the most significant disadvantage for me is the condition and size of the bathroom. It was almost impossible to enter together with the child, the door opens inward and practically rests against the toilet. At the same time, the area of the room and the corridor is rather large, why such a terrible small bathroom is not clear. Well, the mold in the shower is of course bae.
There was an unfriendly guy at the reception who, upon check-in at 10.30, told us that breakfast was already over and we couldn't eat, we had to wait for lunch. Check-in starts at 14.00, but for $ 20 we were checked in immediately.
The flight was in the evening with us, so we arranged an additional late check-out, the price is $ 10 per hour extension.
There is no animation, in the evening there is only a children's disco, then they just turn on the music. But we also entertained ourselves well))
I've heard several times from vacationers that it's not the first time they come to Orpheus Park. So, the hotel has shown itself on the good side)

The rooms are asking for repairs, the maids do not strain much with cleaning. But at the same time, it's a good restaurant with a variety of meals. During the week, beef was given twice, and in different versions, including shish kebab, liver twice, fish and chicken daily, turkey. Ice cream is served every day from 15.00 to 16.00. Two large pools. The beach is clean, there are always sun beds, and there is a private beach bar. I was slightly puzzled by the lack of an exchanger nearby.

We had a rest at the hotel in early June. I really liked it. Great hotel, clean beach, gorgeous sea!!! The service at the hotel is excellent, the rooms are cleaned every day, very efficiently. The photographer at the hotel is just Handsome, cheerful with a sense of humor, be sure to take a picture with him, a memory for a long time. The bartender on the beach is Russian-speaking, cheerful, and always supports the conversation. Vadim, the consultant from the Rio store, is a wonderful person, you can talk to him, he will advise you where you can go on excursions and have fun. The food is excellent, very high-quality products and a wide variety of dishes. In general, we recommend everyone to enjoy the rest very much!!!!!

The hotel is good, a small minus, there are no slippers in the room. The staff is friendly. The location is good, 5-7 minutes to the sea slowly, the minibus goes 1 minute. The complexes are located side by side, the pool, the restaurant are all nearby. The food is good, but there are small queues. You can have lunch on the beach without going to the hotel. The rooms are clean, if the room is closed you can't hear anything. We went with a child of 7 years old. The room has a TV, air conditioning.In the evening shift, many thanks to Yerkan, responsive, kind. Very tasty gazlems. The sea is clean, the beach is sandy, there are a lot of sunbeds. The animation in the hotel is nothing, but on the beach it is weak. We had a good rest and were satisfied.
