There are no complaints about the store as a whole. Unless you can't find consultants with fire during the day. And given their need to move genres from place to place, sometimes you spend a lot of time searching for the right shelf.
A huge complaint about gift certificates. A purchase is not always made for the total amount and the change is simply transferred to the receipt (!) Attempts to explain that a paper receipt is the most unreliable storage simply shrug their hands. Therefore, for those who decide to make a gift in the form of a certificate, I advise you to think again)

I love Marvin and I come here all the time. The design is at the highest level, probably the only store in the city that knows how to give a feeling of joy. Only prices bite, and consultants are not always interested in selling a particular book. For 7-8 years, there hasn't been a single worker who would recommend a book with glowing eyes.
