This place was chosen for the place of the birthday celebration. Alas, they were very unhappy. When we came in, it turned out that our table, which was booked, was occupied, and the administrator had to look for another one, they put us at a table with a light bulb off, according to the waiter: "it burned out during lunch, and it was not changed." By the way, we arrived at 8 o'clock. Was it really impossible to change the light bulb that had not been lit since lunch? After we sat down, the menu was brought to us. Alas, there was nothing on the menu except alcohol and a gastrofest! The waiter said that the main menu was suspended for the duration of the gastrofest. The place is convenient for rest. The service is at a very good level. The order was not long in coming. Everything was served very quickly. The waiters feel their customers, they know what to offer. There is not a big minus for the guys of Slovenian nationality at the entrance, they behave defiantly. They present their ignorance of the laws as,, dress code ,, establishments. It ruined the evening a bit. But the internal atmosphere of the institution quickly dispelled the troubles. My company and I were satisfied.

It's getting worse and worse. The level of the eatery, served by children. At the gastrofest, only the soup is more or less, the ham was not put in the salad, the vegetables were stale in the hot, the dessert was defrosted. They asked to wipe the tables several times, but the appliances were not delivered. The contingent is just lovely. They fought with the police at the exit. The disco is for birders, there is nothing else to do in this place.

I decided with my friend to go to the Marvin restaurant in Vitebsk on my birthday, and in advance I saw in their account that on their birthday they provide a 10% discount for birthday people. That would be a nice bonus. Upon arrival, I asked if the discount was valid for everything, to which the waiter replied *yes*. What a disappointment it was at the end when the bill was brought to us and they said that they could not break through the 10% discount. To the question * why?* I was told that they could not find such a thing in the computer through which they punch orders. As a result, I paid the full amount. As a result, a spoiled impression. And it's not about the money, but beyond the reliability of this information. Administration- teach your employees to punch the discount in the receipt.

The only thing I liked was live music, cocktails and the location of the cafe. The rest leaves much to be desired: the waiter mixed up the order twice, first she made a mistake with the number of drinks, after which she brought chicken instead of caesar salad with salmon... I had to order another one. The rest of the salads turned out to be tasteless because of the lettuce leaves, which were very bitter, the waiter was told that the salad was bitter, but she did not understand this word, went to the chef and said that the salad was not warm…At the request to call the administrator, we were told that he was not there.
Conclusion: the price and quality do not match.

They cook very tasty, especially draniki! Polite staff, cozy atmosphere. The only thing that upset me was that some positions that I really wanted to try from the National Cuisine section were not available. I think that the dishes from this section should be mandatory. And a very long waiting time, both for the first course and between courses. Despite the fact that 3 tables were occupied in the hall, we ordered the second one.

Gastrofest 04.24. a cellar of average comfort. The staff is polite, but the dishes are not cleaned in a timely manner. The drinks list is sparse. According to the set itself, the general insurance is one of the advantages. That's all the advantages. The dishes are stale and cherished, it feels like at least a day, and they were obviously not prepared directly for the order, which spoils all the impressions. Definitely would not have gone knowing in advance. I can't recommend it.

I don't know how they won the gastrofest, but I didn't like the food at all. You need to try to spoil Caesar already.. Salad with brown spots, tomatoes are not cherry and tasteless (and this is in summer!), the sauce is ordinary mayonnaise. I liked only the croutons from the food. Cocktails for 4. I really didn't like that after 00 the staff sat down at the next table to discuss personal stories and drink beer, although the institution is open until 2:00. Maybe that's the concept of this place, but it's unacceptable to me. I definitely do not recommend it to visit

Of the dishes, I liked only the soup and eclair, everything else is either too salty or just tasteless ((There were a lot of bones in the fish in the croissant. The waitress is nice. In general, the set is for 6/10, the atmosphere of the place is not catchy. Unfortunately, I will not return to this institution anymore.

The devices were not washed properly, they were asked to replace them. Then they brought a shot. We drank one glass and a surprise in the form of a cockroach was waiting for us at the bottom. God only knows how they didn't swallow it, they didn't want to eat at all...I understand that this is catering, but it's not even food, it's alcohol. They showed it to the waiter... The problem was solved like this - they removed the shot from the account and gave a 10% discount for the rest. So-so for the fact that I could not finish my meal and this cockroach did not give me life for the rest of the evening. We didn't make a row, we just left. But for such things, I think it is generally necessary to provide a free dinner. It's a pity I came to my senses late and didn't think to take a photo, they stole this glass instantly. We came to the institution, it's a pity that due to the supply of products (their delay), we could not order khachapuri in Adjarian, and there was no cucumber-tarragon lemonade, but we were offered just the most wonderful mojito, a very pleasant sourness of lime in it.
The salad is divine, with mango, chicken,cheese balls in almonds,the photo is not attached, everything was eaten quickly😂🙈
Draniki with meat are very tasty, the potatoes are finely grated, the meat looks like beef, the taste is excellent, the dish itself is very large, we ate together💕

They took "breakfasts" from the menu. Scramble has been waiting for an hour!!! Bring the bill of sale cold. However, they were eventually replaced. After 40 minutes, sweet dishes were brought. But there is still no salty scramble. The pancakes on one side were cold. On the other side - slightly warm. In general, something like that. We went in for a quick snack. Even the 30 minutes of waiting initially looked very long. As a result, an hour and a half... quiet horror, But a sweet girl brought our dog water. Which smoothed out the impression a bit. But where are the owners looking? With normal kitchen operation, we would have left in 30-40 minutes. That is, it would be possible to feed one or two more shifts of guests while we were stupidly waiting..

The music is a little noisy.

It's a terrible place. Serving of dishes is 1.5 hours . They brought a raw duck, which cannot even be cut with a knife. The salad is terrible and consists of pears and lettuce leaves.
The evening was ruined.

It is very strange that with minimal workload, you wait for food in the region of 1.5-2 hours. About 30-40% of the tables were occupied, and the workload was not very high. At the entrance, they warned that the dishes would have to wait 40 minutes. No problem, I was ready by 40 minutes, but as a result, an hour and a half passed and only the first course was brought. The food is not bad, delicious, justifies its cost, but at the very end I decided to order lasagna. But the lasagna was just disgusting. Store-bought semi-finished products can taste better. There are many drinks missing, due to the fact that the coffee machine is broken, or there are no components for drinks. If you want to have a relatively quick snack, then you definitely need to go to another place that will serve you not in a couple of hours, but at least an hour.

The staff is excellent, always ready to help with the choice, polite and friendly. Only snacks were taken from the food, but everything was excellent. We took several cocktails from the drinks, they are delicious, they are for an amateur. The waiting time is average. The hookah is good, there was an unpleasant incident, but we were given a new one at the expense of the establishment. The choice in the menu is quite large for me personally. We were sitting on the terrace, the atmosphere is cozy, the view is good, the blankets compensate for the slight coolness, which also adds comfort.

The most unfortunate restaurant option that we came across along the way. We were pleasantly greeted, seated at a table, after a while took the order, brought drinks. Then we waited for food. And they waited and waited. The most amazing thing is that food has already been brought to all the other tables where the guests came after us, and other guests have eaten it. Our child couldn't wait for his pasta. About an hour later, we asked the waiter - how long should we sit? It was promised that there would be food in 15 minutes. But they only brought pasta to the child. We had to invite the manager, who informed us that it was worth waiting another 20 minutes. And that our waiter is to blame - he did not inform us about the increased expectation. It would seem like the truth, but when we came in, there were only two tables occupied in the restaurant! The rest of the guests came after us. Naturally, after 20 minutes we still couldn't get our draniki. That is, in 1.5 hours the cook did not have time to cook them! The other guests were already paying and leaving. At that moment, we also despaired of waiting and were about to leave without having had lunch. And we realized an interesting detail - there were either locals or foreigners at the other tables. And we are not Belarusians and speak Russian) So, unfortunately, this attitude is very similar to Russophobia, which you do not expect to find in the glorious city of Vitebsk.

As usually happens, first we went in and made an order, then, while we were waiting, we read the reviews. Some were alerted. Plus, there were a lot of people in the neighboring cafes, but almost no one here. We were immediately informed about the waiting time for the dishes during the ordering process. They were brought as soon as they were ready, they waited 15-20 minutes. The food is VERY tasty and fresh. The staff is VERY polite with a great sense of humor. We were very pleased with our visit to this cafe. We will definitely visit it again on occasion!

1. A cold place, there are not enough blankets for everyone, there were 4 blankets visible after examining those sitting next to them. We decided to go down to the main place, the same story is there, I had to sit in a jacket, only beer warmed me, and her wine (delicious)
2. We ordered pasta, there are no questions for them, but we wanted something else, we ordered a Beer set "cheese balls, garlic croutons, grilled smoked sausages, smoked rib, BBQ wings, French fries, potato chips, bacon chips, dried fish"
After ordering, 10 minutes passed, a dish was brought to us, it looks disgusting, they threw it like food that did not fit into a plate. And so we decided to try it 😅
- bacon chips +👍 but there were only 3 of them
- a cheese ball, it looks like it was cooked a month ago, someone didn't finish it and put it back 👎
- garlic croutons, garlic was a separate pile next to it, I asked the waiter how it was, to which she replied - everything turned out so well! I take a piece of toast and some part of the dish is scattered on the table. About the toast itself, you can break your teeth, just overcooked bread 🤮
- potato chips and fries taste like soap, not salty, not peppery, cold 🤢

I want to clarify that the dish was not even warm at first!
Next, I asked the waitress to pick up this terrible dish from our table.
I paid the bill, the dish was on the bill, I didn't argue!
The waitress has nothing to do with it, I think the problem is somewhere in another position, I do not recommend this institution, the evening was fine anyway, then at the Pushkin Times institution 100-150 meters from this place
