The best hotel we've been to in Turkey. The area is very green. Always and everywhere clean, well-groomed and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and does their job perfectly. They are smiling sincerely!! It is very noticeable. The kitchen is very decent!! We were very pleased with the themed dinners!!! The chef personally goes to check the serving and during breakfast and lunch and dinner. After each dinner, you can choose ice cream of several flavors, and from 12:00-17:00 both at the pools and at the sea there are refrigerators with packaged ice cream, I counted 8 types) Separately, I would like to mention the children's animation - a children's club. They work with children from the heart, they are always friendly, no matter what they do, they do it from very high-quality materials. My daughter managed to measure it out of clay and made soap so cool that you can sell it)) Victoria, you and the girls are the best!! Special thanks for the children's mini disco)) We were also pleased with the dance shows: "Michael Jackson", Mongols and gymnasts. There is also a great room with a Lego hollow for children!
The rooms are very clean, the linen is new, cleaning every day and clean towels! Beach towels are also taken care of here, they give out towels, always soft.

A nice and pleasant family hotel, designed for families with children of all ages. The territory of the hotel is small, but green, clean, compact and even cozy. There is a water park, a couple of pools, many bars, an amusement park, a children's playground, playgrounds for sports (football, volleyball, basketball, b. tennis). There were no problems with food and drinks, the kitchen is focused on Europeans, there are different types of fish, meat, pasta, soups (there was even borscht). The restaurant has a separate children's corner, but we were rarely there. A 4-year-old child could always find something to eat. Tip: do not get a full plate of everything and everything and you will have a variety of food for the whole week. Themed dinners are also available. A large selection of cocktails, beer, bottled wine, in general, the drinks are pleasant, the head does not hurt))) there is a lot of entertainment for children, if you wish, you can leave the children for the whole day under the supervision of animators. In the evening there were children's discos, adult dances and songs until one o'clock in the morning. In general, the hotel staff and animators are well done, polite, always help and prompt, many speak Russian. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach, or 2 minutes by shuttle. The beach is pleasant, sandy and pebbly (the stones are small), comfortable sun loungers and sunshades, there is a bar with food and drinks, which makes it possible to stay there for lunch. I would like to note: the availability of bottled water everywhere, free packaged ice cream in the afternoon and delicious portions in the evening, clean toilets anywhere in the hotel, which is very convenient with a child.
One of the disadvantages is probably the lack of heated pools and the noise from the music of neighboring hotels. Recommendation: choose a room looking inside the hotel and then it will be quite quiet and peaceful.

A good place to relax with children. It is possible to leave children in playhouses. The food is delicious, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables of local origin. Meat, fish, sweets are all there. For breakfast, you can ask to make scrambled eggs with the ingredients you need. However, during the period of a large influx of guests, it is difficult to find a place in the restaurant. A very decent family hotel with a luxurious area, which is generally rare for the coast. Great wifi even on the beach. The kitchen is standard for fives - varied, delicious. Drinks are also not bad (although the assortment could have been bigger). A children's club with an excellent playground and a "paddling pool", there is a children's area indoors with toys. You can walk around the lake, ducks, turtles, snakes live there, there is a beautiful bridge. There is a forest nearby, you can also walk or ride quadras and horses. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff in the lobby and animation is convenient. The beach is cool, sand and pebbles at the entrance to the sea, which is why the water is very clean.
The main disadvantages:
- the road to the beach in the heat and past a very unkempt area (the lake in our understanding is far from picturesque, concrete and garbage). Walking for 8-10 minutes.
- the beach bar is open until 5 p.m. That is, after zenith, you came to swim, and there was not even water to drink. Strange.
- the children's club is open with a lunch break - you can not leave the child and go on an excursion. It is also illogical and has ruined us a lot.
- compared to larger hotels, evening animation is about nothing. We were saved by the football championship))
- Purely to keep in mind: in June, local carp spawn, they hang out near the shore and bite their legs, and somehow selectively. Not critical, but annoying. You can swim with a mask and watch them gnaw at swimmers if they don't move their legs for too long. Crucian for sports, in short! ))
In general, we recommend it for a purely family relaxation.

+: the territory of the hotel is large enough for Turkey, in the evening there is where to wind circles; quiet (animation ends at 10, there is a wildly noisy disco on the other side of the lake in the port river side, but it ends at 12), a lot of sun beds by the pools on the territory, most in the shade - with children this is a plus); there are also plenty of sun beds on the beach, no matter what time you come; a chic kids' club (they accept it from the age of 2, for the first time I come across this), when choosing a hotel, it was he who played the main role
-: food (there seems to be a large selection, but the meat and fish are poorly cooked, everything is dry, the fish is bitter; delicious shawarma, grilled on the chef's day, seafood once a week); there are few slides and they are aimed at small children (small and slow, but they work almost all day); alcohol is only local, no; you will have to walk to the beach for 10 minutes (on the one hand, a useful promenade, but when you want to lie down by the pool and stay at the sea, it's stressful to walk back and forth every day); a bar on the beach until 17h, food until 16, although in October you can lie quietly sunbathing until 18h); there are no network nearby supermarkets, only shops that sell in euros (and these are 2-3 prices of the same migros or A101). The only more or less affordable alternative is a store near the port river side; except for a small lobby, all the bars are outside, it's cold in the evening.
In general, if you want to go with children and take a break from children, then you can safely go. But we will not go here a second time, especially for 2 weeks

We had a vacation in the fall of 2024. I really liked the hotel! It's perfect for relaxing with children, as there is a kids' club where you can leave your child and go about your business on your own. The club hosts events every day, and the children return happy and with crafts. But, in my opinion, it is relevant for the age of 4-8 years. There is a large playroom for children.
We were with two children, 1 year old and 5 years old, and we left the eldest at the kids' club for a nap period, under the supervision of the animation girls.
The hotel is mainly used by families with children and elderly Germans)) The hotel itself is more European.
The food is adequate. There was always something to eat for a one-year-old child. It was more difficult with the capricious five-year plan) But, in the end, of course, I got tired of everything.
The beach is a 10-minute walk along the lake.

I liked the hotel. I can't say that everything was perfect, but the most important points met our needs.
The three of us traveled together: mom, dad and baby 1g 1months.
We have booked a room "Large" (Large room). They have two types of them, and we got the one who had the opportunity to close the compartment doors and thus separate one room from another. In a horseshoe-shaped building, on the 3rd floor overlooking the lake (3330), not far from the elevator, which was important for strolling with a stroller.
In the back room (bedroom) there was a double bed, a blind window, a bathroom (shower) with toilet, a refrigerator with a minibar, bedside tables and a dressing table with a large mirror. Here we placed a cot provided by the hotel and could, after putting the child to bed, chat quietly with her husband in the next room. The second room was a walk-through room with a single sofa bed, at the entrance to the room there was a closet and a separate toilet with a sink. There was also access to a fairly spacious balcony with a couple of plastic chairs, a table and a small clothes dryer.
Each room had its own air conditioner. There were blackout curtains on the windows.
The room is not completely new, but clean and in general everything is working. For the rest, if it got in the way (like a burnt-out light bulb or dead batteries in a safe), we contacted the hotel staff.
Of the cons: the "neighboring" hotel (on the other side of the lake and actually was not right next to it) liked to arrange noisy parties a couple of times a week from about 21-22 and until late in the evening. With the windows closed and the white noise turned on, it didn't bother us much, but it was still audible.
The adults are fed and watered perfectly. The food is repeated (buffet), but no one obliges you to eat everything that is offered at once every time: We tried one thing today, another tomorrow. There are themed dishes for dinner (sushi, Turkish, chef's choice, international). My husband liked grilled fish (it happened exactly every evening). There are always a lot of desserts, they are all very sweet)) Of the lightest, I liked the vanilla pudding.
There is a separate restaurant area for children, the choice of dishes is suitable for children, but rather 2+ years old. For our baby (who unexpectedly showed an excellent appetite for adult food), we lacked unsalted soups and meat with sauces (it was all very salty, and sometimes spicy). As a result, we fed him the reduced instant porridge for breakfast and dinner, adding local omelets/fruits (bananas, watermelons, grapes, melon) to it/ baked goods/ natural yogurt. For lunch, they gave cauliflower / broccoli / rice / a couple of French fries with meat (mostly boiled chicken). In fact, children's food repeats adult food in many ways. It seems that for the very little ones they could give out canned food, but alas, no. If this is critical for you, take it with you or buy it in nearby shops.
A microwave and a blender are available in the restaurant, we did not use them. There is a choice of high chairs for children and small tables with high chairs, disposable bibs were often attached to high chairs.
We really liked the terrace in the restaurant - just from the children's area of the restaurant, it is non-smoking. There are tables for adults and small tables for children attached to them. Breakfast start time: 7:00, lunch: 12:00 (children), 12:30 adult, 18:00 (children), 18:30 (adult). It was important for our regime to feed the child just at 12 and 18, so it's great that by this time the children's area of the restaurant was already open.
We didn't use much entertainment - they didn't fit into our children's regime. But we walked in all available children's locations: children's world, playrooms in houses, a soft maze, a garden with poufs and hammocks, etc. The child liked it. Personally, I didn't have enough entertainment, but apparently this is a vacation with a baby. My husband smoked a hookah a couple of times in the evening ($20), and our friends went to the evening shows. If you want entertainment in the evening, take your grandparents with you so that they look after the kids. Our friends were offered the services of a babysitter (animator) for 15 euros/hour. In general, it is not too expensive for a hotel, but personally I would not risk leaving a baby with strangers at all - at least it would not be at all comfortable for him morally.
The pools were not heated! Neither children's nor adults (open and closed). Warm water lovers like me didn't have enough of that. For my taste, even in the evening they did not warm up enough. The sea was more comfortable. My husband claims that the warmest water was in the pool with slides. By the way, he liked the slides.
Towels for the beach/pool can only be received from 9 to 11 in the morning, then they are taken back until 18. Employees will most likely go to your meeting if you are late with the receipt, but still keep in mind the correct time of issue.
The beach is nice, sandy, but the entrance to the sea is through pebbles. Owners of delicate legs would recommend special swimming shoes (if they are, including children's shoes, sold on site). They are fed from 12 to 17 both on the beach and by the pools (mainly fast food). You will definitely not stay hungry.
My husband and I got a massage: not bad, but I like it more in Moscow. Discounts are offered for the end of the season: 60 min - 40 dollars, 90 min - 50 dollars.
Our son fell ill at the end of the vacation, the temperature was rising, and I had to go to the doctor through the insurance company. Take care of good insurance in advance and do not forget to take basic medicines for yourself and the child with you ;) We really liked the service from Tinkoff, although local doctors leave much to be desired in terms of evidence-based medicine. In particular, we were prescribed antibiotics twice, although the picture of the disease and the blood test, the examination of the child (according to the confirmation of the Moscow pediatrician upon returning home) spoke more about a viral infection. The first doctor was not a pediatrician at all, but a general practitioner, and the second time we were sent at my request to another one - to Anatolia Hospital. I liked it in general, it's cool that they can immediately do the necessary analyses on the spot and there are Russian-speaking administrators who help with translation from / into Turkish. If medicines are prescribed, check the adequacy of the price at the pharmacy. We were obviously counted too much in the Zuhre Eczanesi.
The hotel should have its own doctor, but we did not contact him.
Excursions are offered at the hotel, but they are quite expensive. If you want it cheaper, look through the appropriate sites or applications (like get your guide). Prices vary by more than 2 times. Plus, there are organizers outside the hotel - you can find them if you walk to the beach through the village (not along the lake embankment). In general, there is a lot of choice from whom and for how much to buy, but the excursions themselves are clearly very similar for everyone. If you want an individual boat tour, I recommend asking around directly on the yachts in the port of Side. The most inexpensive option that we were offered for 4 adults with dinner for 4 hours cost 280 dollars. But we never got ready to go for a ride, so there will be no feedback on the quality of the trip.

To the sea, 7 minutes walk along the lake embankment, the beach is clean, sand, decking,umbrellas,sun loungers.There was enough of everything. The entrance is small pebbles. The sea is turquoise, transparent. The food is excellent both on the beach and in the restaurant in the department. A lonely restaurant. The staff work excellently. There are no queues at breakfast and dinner. There is a themed dinner every day. Meat, fish, fruits, cheeses.. We didn't stay hungry! Alcohol of good quality, juices, bottled water are constantly available both at the hotel and on the beach. Pizza, ice cream for kids! Marvida forever!The hotel is the best I've been to. It is located in a picturesque place, on the shore of the lake, where frogs croak in the evening, and ducks and ducklings swim in the afternoon. We went to the beach with the child on foot, without any problems at all, close, without strain. We were in late May, early June 2024. The food is quite varied. Fruits are plentiful. The Kids club works amazingly, the animators are great, they will captivate any child. The water park is open from 9.00 to 16.30, with a lunch break. Wi-fi is great throughout and on the beach. The room is cleaned daily, the safe is free of charge, the bar in the room is replenished daily. Animation for children all day, in the evening minidisko. For adults, fitness is on schedule, in the evening there is a concert and a disco. We will definitely come back.

I really liked the hotel. It's our first time in Turkey and we didn't really notice the disadvantages until our friends told us. The room, of course, was clearly small for 4. The walls were simply painted and there were tiles in it. In the bathroom, of all the declared bubbles, there were only soap and 4 cotton swabs. The hangers were constantly falling, because they were all broken. The balcony was very pleasant, large, the view is beautiful from the 3rd floor. The hotel itself is simply amazing. Very big and green. I really liked the food and alcohol. There are many pools on the territory, there are slides that work perfectly. There was not enough animation. There was not much entertainment. In the evening, there was a great lack of dance music in the cafe, even if it was not Russian. But she wasn't there at all. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea, and the bus also takes 2 minutes. The sea itself is clean, turquoise, sandy and beautiful air. The beach is great. I also want to mention the cleaning in the room, it was every day and the replenishment of the bar, too, which I really liked.

I must say right away, we chose a hotel for a child.
The standard 5k for Turkey. A large and well-organized territory, there are different locations for children, a children's club (a la kindergarten), several pools, slides, attractions - everything is standard. Private spa, different types of accommodation - I recommend townhouses, a little more expensive, but spacious and quiet.
The repair is a bit old, but it's clean and everything works.
There is one restaurant, the rest are paid, the food is generally the same as everywhere else - plus or minus everything is the same. Compared to other hotels, it's a bit simple ... there is no pork from the word "at all", fish is one name ... some bream and perch 300 Gr ... some bones. Or baked mackerel
Another of the disadvantages is that there is no normal coffee, alcohol and fresh fruit. But you can live.
Private beach, 7 minutes walk or shuttle. There are no complaints about the beach - good sun beds, awnings, a bar, showers and changing rooms
The staff is generally excellent. The reception, animators, billboys and bartenders speak Russian. The maids are local, they clean diligently, but strangely) a couple of times I left a tip and a sign to change the linen, they did not change it. But when I didn't leave a tip, they changed it and decorated it with flowers!
In general, I recommend it for parents who want to be able to take their child and relax, without pretensions to fine dining and entertainment for adults

Yes, it is modest (without golden statues and fountains) but very green and very well maintained.

The beach with a sufficient number of sun beds is large. There is a bar on the beach and you can have lunch.

The rooms are quiet, they did not notice the audibility, they always slept quietly, the noise was sometimes from the discos of neighboring hotels, at least a little amused with their compliments and fireworks. The kitchen is good, it repeats itself after a week and gets boring on the second one. The territory is very clean, well maintained, green and large. The rooms are regularly cleaned every day with the change of bed linen. Of the relative disadvantages, the sea is far away, walking with children is annoying in the heat, a shuttle bus goes from the hotel to the beach and back, in general it is convenient, but again you wait for it to arrive, you will get there, then you will get there, well, this is tolerable.
Otherwise, you can stay at the hotel for more than 10 days and get bored.
Adults can only seal and clap their hands in the evenings at children's discos 😂
For alcohol lovers, it is all local and its quality leaves much to be desired, wine and beer are constantly pouring, but they are not delicious. There are strong drinks and cocktails, but they are also all made from local liquids, imported alcohol is expensive, the margin is 2-3 times.

A good mini club, a lot of Russian-speaking positive staff. The road to the beach is comfortable and picturesque along the lake with ducks, the kids love to feed them. The beach is large and comfortable, the restaurant on the beach is good. The entry into the sea is pleasant 1/2 of the vacation in September, the sea was calm and clean, in general, we had a good rest.

We stayed at this hotel with two children (6 and 11 years old) in the first half of July. The hotel is a complete delight. I liked absolutely everything, the feeling that everyone wants to make your vacation unforgettable. All the staff are very friendly and friendly. For children, it's just paradise. Every day there are different activities, workshops with crafts, a clown arrives 2 times a week, on Fridays there is a VR game day (1.5 hours in the afternoon and 1 hour after the evening show), a soap bubble show, a science show, children cooked pizza and cookies. In general, there are a lot of interesting things. There are many animators for children and most of them are Russian-speaking. Special greetings from our family to Zulfiya and Veronika. And another very cool option in this hotel is a swimming school. There are group classes 6 days a week, you just have to make an appointment. It is also possible to get in individually, but this is for those who do not know how to swim at all and it is more difficult to catch a free window. Instructor Evgenia is a real professional. She taught our 6-year-old to swim and dive during her vacation. By the end, she was already confidently swimming in an adult pool and swimming across it calmly in its entirety.
The guest relations service is also on top. The next day after check-in, they called our room and found out how we checked in and if everything was fine. Somehow our soap dispenser got stuck. They called and they promptly sent us a cleaner who fixed everything and also brought a bunch of disposable shampoo tubes. At the reception, too, everything is always prompt and friendly. We rented a car twice through the reception. Everything is clear, without credit cards and prepayments. Food: there is a lot of it, everything is very high quality, if you are too lazy to change clothes and go to a restaurant, then you can have a full lunch at the bar both at the hotel and at the sea. A lot of fruits (watermelons, melons, peaches, nectarines, apricots, grapes, plums, cherries, pears) are always available in 5 different types. Ice cream is available from 12 to 17, with a portion of Algida in a huge variety. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. It didn't bother us and we always walked, we could take the bus. On the beach, as well as in the hotel, everything is clean, the sea is magnificent, warm, clean, calmer after lunch, in the morning there are often waves, but not very high, you can swim calmly and swing perfectly on the waves.
There are lifeguards at the pools and on the beach until 17 o'clock. When my daughter was still swimming uncertainly, she saw how the lifeguard did not take his eyes off her. I also witnessed how the girl slid down the slide and began to grab air, emerging from the water. The rescuers worked instantly. They jumped to her from both sides at once and pulled her out
We had a check-out at 15 o'clock from the hotel. You can safely rent a room and not worry about how and where to take a shower afterwards. The hotel has mini rooms with a toilet, shower and a place to change clothes to tidy up before going home. In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel. The majority of tourists are from Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, France, England, and Turkey, of course.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in in Turkey! I definitely recommend a vacation with children! Very well maintained territory with a children's club! And don't let it scare you that the hotel is not on the first line. The sea is 10 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by bus, which runs from the hotel every 15 minutes.

I was vacationing with my family at this hotel in June 2024.
I first got into it in June 2022, when it was still called the Otium Family Eco Club.
Even then, I had the idea that I wanted to come back here, but it didn't work out at 23m.
The hotel is more designed for family holidays. I think it will be boring for young couples without children here.
But in order.
1. The hotel is located on the second coast - you can walk through the pond or through the promenade with shops. If you do not want to walk, there is a shuttle (there is a schedule on the beach and at the reception at the hotel)
2. The beach is a sandy pebble, soft descent. The deck chairs are good, comfortable (there was always enough) There are some kind of gazebos, but they come with an additional fee.
There are changing cabins on the beach, showers, good comfortable toilets. The beach is clean, there are enough garbage cans.
A lifeguard is constantly on duty.
From 10:00 to 17:00 you can take ice cream on the beach, as well as water, coffee, tea and soft drinks are freely available. From 10:00 the bartender pours beer. If you don't want to go to the hotel for lunch, you can eat right on the beach - there are places with tables. (For lunch, salads, soup, hot. The assortment is smaller than in the main restaurant, but the choice is good)
There is a large playground right on the beach, under a canopy.
Different activities are held on the beach every day - yoga, volleyball, aqua aerobics in the sea.
3. Nutrition. As I said, you can eat on the beach and in the main restaurant. There are also Ala-Kart restaurants.
The food is varied, there are many dietary dishes. As a big plus , there is buckwheat ☺️
On the downside, in 2022 there was an ordinary chicken broth, to which you could add ingredients (boiled chicken, noodles, greens, egg) and you got a simple chicken soup (very good for kids), but this year it was not. I hope it will be added to the diet.
A large selection of vegetables and fruits. In June there were apples, bananas, peaches, plums, watermelon, melon. Everything is very tasty.
Ala-Kart restaurants are separate
This time we visited two - Italian and Turkish. Everything is insanely delicious and sooo beautiful. The service in the restaurant is excellent. I would also like to mention the manager of Ala-kart restaurants, Mustafa. A very pleasant and polite person, an expert in his field. He notices everything very sensitively, corrects and manages it competently. It was very pleasant to watch him work.
4. The room. We lived in the 3rd building. The room is quite large, with two full beds (double and single). The room is clean and the air conditioning is clean! (I always check in at the room).
The room has everything you need. The safe is free of charge. MiniBar - regular water, mineral water, regular baby milk in a bag, chocolate milk, juice (packaged), cola, fanta.
All necessary hygiene items were in the room. A room with a balcony - it has a dryer, a table, chairs. As a plus, there is a mosquito door (although we did not meet Mosquitoes)
5. Children's animation.
The hotel is fully child-friendly. Here is a paradise for them) in addition to the evening minidisko, the child can be sent to a children's club for the whole day - they play, draw, bake, swim)
There is a large playground under a canopy. Trampolines, children's rides and a children's playroom. For children, there is a mini restaurant with its own menu, children's cocktails.

In general, it was a pleasure to stay here. There is a lot of greenery on the territory, which is simply a feat of local workers to preserve in the heat. There are opportunities for active recreation - bicycle rental, tennis court, football field. Good animation for adults and children. One of the disadvantages is the old room stock. The lock in the bathroom door did not work in our room upon check-in, I had to call three times during the day and ask to fix it. I would also like to have more variety of meat and fish dishes. Although this is our personal opinion, in general there was a lot of food - vegetables, fruits, cheeses and pastries in abundance.

We have been looking at this hotel in Turkey for a long time and decided to go on vacation. The place conquered us at first sight, a huge territory, a lot of greenery, bushes and flowers. I liked the room, spacious, clean and modern, everything works perfectly. The food is decent, the food is delicious, we tried a lot for the first time. A LA CARTE chic, worth a try! In the evening, entertainment events were constantly held not only for children, but also for adults. The beach from the hotel is good, it is 10 minutes from the hotel (on foot) or you can take the bus from the hotel literally 5 minutes and voila, rather to the sea :) Would you come again ?
