Previously, the hotel was 3 stars. After the reconstruction in 2012, it became 4 stars, but it really pulls at 3. On the 4th, drinks are poured into plastic disposable cups!!! The horror!They arrived at 23.00, they were not fed and they are not supposed to have dry food. Okay, if you're an adult, you'll survive, but how can you explain this to a child??? Food is very good for an adult, there is a choice. European breakfast and in the evening there is always some kind of themed cuisine. Fruits and sweets. The children's menu, in their opinion, is French fries, chicken nuggets and pizza, but our child does not eat any of this. The child is 5 years old. There is no playground of its own and there is not much place for a child to have fun. There are supposedly animators, but they only hang out near the frog house and arrange a children's disco in the evening from 20.30 to 21.00.
The room is cleaned almost every day, but the towels were changed only after the money was left. In 14 days, the set of towels was changed 3 times. I changed my foot more often. The bed linen was changed 1 time during the whole time. Shower gel and soap were not added, I had to buy my own,
There is a separate song with the beach. It is 300 meters away because it is located away from the hotel. There are not enough places for everyone. Although buying a tour, you read the information about the hotel and are sure that they have their own beach, their own umbrellas and sun beds. After paying for the tour, you paid for the chaise longue as well. But no, not only are there not enough of them for everyone, but they are also sold to guests from other hotels by the staff of the beach.
