A great cozy place, the interior is pleasant, the toilets are clean👍
The food is delicious, the service is very good, I would especially like to mention Gulnar and Dilnaz for their timely and prompt service
We were traveling in transit from Alakol to Almaty, for a transit stop, lunch is the best thing👍
There is even a children's trampoline.

The kitchen is not tasty, the price is high, the dishes are beaten at the edges. We ordered sirna, the meat is tough and the potatoes are too salty. Ramen with cheese , brought without cheese😂 When they told the waitress that there was no cheese in the change, she went to find out and came only when she brought the bill. And she announced that she could take the cheese with her. The service is zero🥲

They invited me to dinner, ordered a lot of things, kebabs, chebureks salads, soups, teas and lemonades. The lamb kebabs were not tasty ( I think they were overexposed in the marinade ) the meat was falling apart. The fries with meat were without salt. The rest of the dishes are on an average level.

The staff is friendly and met well!It's atmospheric to say that the hall is good, pleasant! But I didn't like the food itself. I ordered beef stroganoff and lentil soup, but there was no soup.Beef Stroganoff leaves much to be desired, the meat seemed to be a little harsh(. The rest ordered lagman for themselves and were also not impressed (tea is also so-so. The only thing I liked was the Caesar salad and the flatbread!)))

It's a pity that you can't give a negative rating.
1. Food is prepared for a sooo long time starting from the usual fries.
2. One menu for the whole establishment
3. Cockroaches crawl around the hall (it's scary to imagine what might be in the kitchen)
4. Prices are not reasonable, there is little meat in meat dishes and the rest is filled with a ton of cucumbers and other vegetables
5. It's as if the food is simply defrosted and warmed
In general, the place is one of the worst because the interior was made like the best
