There are endless queues at the ticket offices. Especially after 17.00. There should be more sellers during rush hours. Extremely slow service. It seems that he is about to fall asleep at his workplace. Sellers are not friendly from the word at all. It feels like they don't value their work or the customers who make their cash register.
