Why the promotion if there is no product? The sellers were the only thing that did not bite, only barked, I did not see any sellers rougher than in the sausage department. It's just awful. Where is the store chain owner looking? I will write a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce. There is nothing for such a network to do in Belarus. Belarus is famous for its benevolence, smiles, and friendliness. And this is just not a desire to work, as I understand it. Maybe the PO is quite meager? Pay attention to the staff. People should go to their favorite job, then they will not work at all, but do what they love.

My husband wrote a complaint to the complaint book, but there was no response, employees do not respond to customer complaints and do not change old price tags with an outdated price! Many products have no price tags at all!Today I came back for groceries and again the baby puree is being punched at a different price! Have you lost your fear in the store at all? The cashier is at his workplace with an earphone in his ears and looks as if he has just been yanked out of a nightclub and put in the cash register, his shirt is unbuttoned on his chest. Do you have such standards, what should an employee look like in the workplace?

And if 2 are working, then the cashiers have a dialogue about their pressing problems, and they are not particularly interested in the speed of service.

They break through completely different prices. The price of pears is indicated at 3.49 , and the price is 4.99. When asked why, and the decree stating that, according to consumer rights, they are obliged to sell at the price tag indicated on the product, they say that "it does not break through at the second price." So the laws don't work for your stores and I need to write to another official place?
Then they sell an overdue product for almost a month, then they do it this way. I won't even be surprised that the review won't be published, but I'll write to other places.

Года 3-4 назад была неплохая сеть, хорошие цены на фрукты-овощи, мясо... Регулярные скидки и неплохой при хорошем уровне обслуживания.
Сейчас с фруктами стало хуже, цены не сильно отличаются от других сетей, вкусных скидок уже меньше и вообще, как то уныло стало.
А уныло стало, как мне кажется, от экономии на персонале... Вечные очереди в кассах, какие то сильно уставшие продавцы и т.д.
Однако в этом районе все-равно остаётся лучшим, пожалуй, магазином.

Неплохой магазинчик , выбор товаров хороший , но не всегда можно найти ,то что нужно, персонал вполне адекватный и вежливый , качество товаров хорошее , по чистоте 50/50 , расположение товаров не очень удобное .
Для магазина возле дома в принципе нормально

Самый простой магазинчик возле дома,ассортимент и фруктов и овощей на высоте.всегда всё есть по средним ценам почти как и везде.Очереди после 17 и рабочая одна касса,это уже классика.а так всё нравится

Большой магазин. На этом плюсы закончены... В торговом зале начиная со входа стоит невозможная вонь. Поэтому покупать там что либо нет никакого желания....

Постоянно воняет какой-то гнилью в отделе фруктов. Идёшь дальше - воняет включённым грилем. Вытяжки не работают, внутри находится невозможно

Обыкновенный продуктовый магазин, каких тысячи, но есть одна особенность из за которой я буду посещать этот магазин - "Бомба дня!" - существенная скидка (до 60%!) на некоторые мясо-колбасные продукты.
(Как в других магазинах этой сети я не знаю)

Иногда радуют акционные мясные продукты. Но молочный отдел .. Столько просрочки, а те продукты, у которых и сроки ещё нормальные, не пригодны в употребление. Фета вместо белого цвета - оранжевое, молоко открываешь, а оно уже испорчено. Помню была проблема с холодильниками у них, все плавало, видимо с тех времён и не чинили.
